My experience is the staff present was not very friendly . One exception and she took her time and really tried to help me out. Its not the most welcoming store and inventory was as expected. Im sure my experience was limited so I hope to become more familiar with it.

Some of their prices on the shelves/refrigerator are lower than when you get to register. Thought it sound higher than the calculations in my head so I checked the receipt when I got home since outside temps was high and I had frozen items and sure enough smh

This place is a joke, step in today and the cashier was sweet but then you get the manager that was on duty her name is Amber was very disrespectful to the cashier today talking to her like she was a child. This is unreasonable no manager should talk to there employees like this, managers are suppose to train there employees and respect there employees If the cashier would of disrespect the manager she would of been fired. I am hoping the CEO of the company reads this, This needs to be taken care of this is non sense. Other than that the store seems to go through a lot of people. Now i wonder why the management is AWFUL.

This is like my second home....no joke. Know all the evening staff and they are super friendly and funny. Clean but always a lil crowded with all the new inventory but that's not really a bother for me. Love it here!

I go out of my way to go to the dollar store on West Washington St across the street from Kmart. I really like that store and the workers in that store. Toni the manager is the sweetiest person ever. Tammy the cashier is a sweetheart. I don't go to the Marwood Plaza Dollar General store don't like that store, some rude workers there and store is very dirty!!!

Beware going in there that none of the employees are wearing gloves or masks during a pandemic. The older woman with white hair checked me out the other day while she coughed on her hand, wiped her nose with her hand and then used that same hand to touch my stuff and my receipt. You would think an older woman would be concerned for her health and wear protection for 1 and for 2 it was absolutely disgusting of her it took everything in me to not flip out. You shouldn't do those things to begin with, let alone while all this is going on. NASTY not going back.

If I could give a 0 i would the managers and employees will not accept the coupons and is very rude about it. Have tried three times and each time horrible go to any where but the one the Kentucky Ave.

I like going to this Dollar General. They are a store that has things you need when you are in a pinch. It is close and very convenient. They staff is always friendly and upbeat. They have excellent customer service.

Went at 3:56 and there was a sign on the door saying they close at 4 today. Not sure why they are closing 5 hours earlier than normal business hours. But they wouldn't even let me in to get 1 item in the last 4 minutes. When I mentioned that it wasn't 4 yet, they said they were closed now. Very unprofessional.

They always have the merchandise stacked up on the boats. And the shelves are not stalked. Most of the employees are unfriendly, and the store is always disorganized.

All Dollar stores seem to be a chaotic mess. Filled with random things that either you don't need or are out of season. Never seem to have the essentials.

Went there for a specific dog food and last time I went it wasn't there. I just buy it online now and will probably will never go back. It's crowded and messy even when there's nobody there. Feels like a mom and pop antique store with cheap food and generic groceries.

I like to shop there..but I will not go back there. There's always a long line not enough cashier's..and you get to go check out the cashier' isn't at the register..thier on the floor doing something..all together it sucks

I do no know whats happened to this store..ever since the manager or gm not sure which he was left its gotten so bad...always dirty with foul smell...one worker looks like she hates her life and is always rude...stuff not marked right and never has anything stocked....def going downhill!
