Came in before 6pm on a Sunday, that’s 3 hours before they are supposed to close. However, they locked their doors. There was a lady standing by the door shaking her head denying me access. It’s always the stores in certain neighborhoods that can’t keep their doors open smh

I like this one I always go there when I need something sometimes it’s empty stuff but I am fine with it. I been going to this place over 4-5 years this never fails me to come back I love it and it’s great.

Store was very disorganized. Many shelves were empty. The items I was shopping for were not even in the aisle where the tag was. One cashier and checkout took a long time to get through the line. I would not recommend this store.

There were a lot of empty shelves throughout the store. They had product on these long cart things that were in the middle of the isle. One complete isle you couldn't even go down because of those long carts with new stock them was blocking the way. The store could also use a good cleaning.

Not a bad store the customer service was ok. Only thing about this location is its always cluttered everyday it look like they just got a truck and left the boxes and stuff on the floor. Although i was able to find what i was looking for i would love to see a more cleaner store.

Anytime I go in this store they have stuff in the aisles. Nothing's ever neat ,always out of the items I need even if it's something small like baby wipes ...it could be better if they hired people that took their job serious instead of talking about how they came to work and had to put up four basket of go backs which she said she wasn't going to put back..let me remind you it was in the middle of my checkout transaction..I kept signaling that I was waiting for her for the cashier part she got a whole attitude rolled her eyes...where is the customer service going these days.....I wouldn't be surprised if they closed this store....

The store is packed with merchandise to the point you can't move or find anything without assistance. That help comprising of someone who doesn't know where what you ask for is and doesn't want to be there. Best part was they had what I needed so I didn't have to go to another store.

This store is an absolute disaster, and it always has been. The employees are an even bigger disaster. I have never in my life ran into such a joke of a store. The manager thinks that she is some CEO or something, like she's important... It's almost comical. Don't waste your time at this one. Not even worth it. 🙂

Wasn't to bad of a place. I say employees were friendly and not a bad atmosphere when I stopped in for a short shopping trip before heading into work. Definitely good prices of hard candies to fill the work candy jar or even if you have one at home or a personal one.

It is always unorganized and messy, employees always rude for the exception of one young man and a manager( If they still work there ) they change employees and managers like people change their clothes, they procrastinate when it comes to stocking the shelves. They told me it would take 2 weeks to stock the shelves ( I could have had it done withina day or two.

Dollar General is a great place to shop when you can't get to Family Dollar or Dollar Tree. Although, this particular one is the neighborhood one, so they sell out of things faster than the other ones. But it still served it's purpose. I got one of the items I needed but still had to go to Family Dollar. The staff is always a joy and pleasure to speak with. I like to make people laugh and make they day better. To me they always reciprocate. They are never rude.

Its 8:29pm on Sunday November 22, 2020 and your doors are locked i guess I didn't realize you didn't close on 9 on Sunday and 10 Monday-Saturday when I worked at dollar general a year or so back, I was told you get fired if you close the store when you want. I'm pretty sure that's the standard for most retail stores. When I was pulling out of tbe parking lot, 2 other ars were pulling to waste their time too. I think it was more bothersome that the employee was sitting in an aisle on some stool on their cellphone. Ive quit going to dollar general because the employees can be so rude, this confirmed I was correct in doing so.

I had given up on the store sometime late last year. I stopped in today for the first time this year. If you have given up on this store, come back! The shelves are stocked, store is clean and staff was friendly. I asked a couple of questions and learned that there was a change of manager. Way to go Shavonne, you have brought back a store that had little hope.

This location is horrible! It needs an armed security guard to stop the shoplifters.So much theft and robberies on a regular basis,I'm afraid to go in sometimes. The store is trashed and rarely ever stocked.Its been closed several times in the middle of the day. The employees are always awesome and it's a very convenient location.I wish this place could be straightened out in so many ways bcoz I wouldn't want to see it get shut down due to all the negative things. Corporate needs to get a grip on this one.

As I stood in line to purchase items, I witnessed three people orchestrate a shoplift. I waited to speak to the manager "Ms. Sandy" and she never came. She never came. There was only one employee on the salesfloor at the time, a young lady who was at the register. The manager doesnt care about this location. Lots of shoplifting here, Items are not stocked properly, they need to hire employees and fill the store properly. Guard is needed.

Never has nothing in stock, you better hope and pray that whatever you need is on the shelf, if its not on the shelf it might be on the floor from them "stocking" . Dirty on the inside, pretty sure i seen a mouse run under the shelf. Oh, you might be able to just walk out with your stuff you could find since you got to go look for a cashier/employee to cash you out..they could've put a hardee's or pizza hut there, or even another gas starion because DG there is just a waste of space.

Staff was surprisingly courteous. However the neatness and cleanliness we expect from a business establishment wasn't up to par. Furthermore their in stock supplies were limited.

This is the 3rd DG that I've been in this week with the shelfs bare like it's the day after a black friday Sale. My guess is poor management, cause the one that I just visited the employees were awful and in the back or outside instead of assisting customers. There were NO shopping carts either. I'm the resident manager of a recovery house and have to shop once a month for cleaning supplies and toiletries. Just to let you'll know I will be trading my buisness over to Family Dollar as of 10/01/19

It depends on the location. If the one on 38th st. 1 star. Sorry but the shelves not stocked. The ilse really close together to the piont were one has to come out of the isle to allow some else in the same isle forget about passing a person in the same isle.The location on English 5 stars. Store bright clean isle somewhat close but at least you can pass people. Shelves stocked. People gréet you.
