Terrible! This store opens and close on their time. They do not abide by the open and close hours. This store is around the corner from me and I would much rather drive a little further to the Dollar General on Emerson. There is never anything stocked, everything is in boxes along the aisles. The store is never clean! The employees are never welcoming, they all sit with attitudes and if you don’t want to work here please just find another job. This morning I went at 8:58am, they are suppose to open at 8. The employee sitting outside said they open at 9. I sat and waited until 9:05 and I finally got out my car and knocked on their window 3 times before another employee finally opened the door after she looked at me with an attitude twice before finally opening the door! I called corporate to file a complaint. This makes no sense!

Perhaps when the Manager goes on break,they can leave someone the key to void purchases so customers don't have to be told "I need the key to void this off but my Manager is on break"...which causes DG to lose business. Employees are cool though..store is clean & organized.

I love the customer service. They greeted me from the start of me coming in. The prices were great, and I loved the feeling of safety. However, as friendly as the cashier was, which was excellent that she cared so much, she smelled like body odor. Which is bad for those who shop their. So if they would make sure their employees used proper hygiene, this place would be great. One of the best places to shop in the area.

The store was very tidy and well stocked. I originally went there because a Google search said they carried the "Bang Energy Drink" but they didn't. The customer service wasn't bad. I used a SNAP card when checking out, but the machine kept rejecting it. The staff didn't get upset, they helped fix the situation swiftly and I was in and out.

The staff was so friendly. The store's stock was on the shelves. There was no problem getting an associate to help me. I will use this location in the future instead of the 21st and Arlington location which Never has room to walk or items in stock actually on the shelves

When they first opened it was clean and well stocked. Now its a junk shop and they have absolutely no products!!! I wasnt able to shop for any household, automotive and cleaning products including plug ins. Its so so sad that they arent meetings the proper standards and makes the neighborhood look bad as well. Someone asked for 🍞 bread and the manager said the gas station across the street ALWAYS buys them out. So if you know this purchase more...duh!!! Very disappointing.

Upon arriving the store was cluttered, the sale items for their big clearnace weren't what we expected. We only saw school supplies yet the cashier tool us down an aisle to show us another sale aisle. We were told the area marked clearnace was already marked down and the July 70% off would be an additional mark down for any item(s) we wanted to purchase. My friend and I spent the time to go up and down the area, read packages, check dates, and fill a shopping cart. The app for pricing didn't work so we were told to go to the cashier when we wanted to know a price. When our cart was full, we went to the front. We were told they couldn't check the prices for them for us. So we had to explain we don't know what we want if none of the prices are marked. She we were expected to just check out. The prices they did check were not clearance prices, just full price items that had been set on the clearnace rack. We we went back to reserve Everything we worked so hard to pick only to be told they would honor only 4-5 items at the 70% off. It was a waste of time. I got clarification from the workers several times before we started the process. It was a waste, I couldn't go do my shopping at other stores because it to9k so much effort to go based on what we were told at the beginning of the shopping trip. We had to hunt down smoking employees outside the store, they were in front of the door to where the smoke was being sucked into the store. I'm allergic and have an eye condition that triggers with it so it was horrible for me waiting on them to honor their word. It was too confusing they kept changing what the deals were. The store was cluttered and woudont sell items that we had picked. I left with a handful of items but won't be returning to that location. Wasted hour!

Some black lady with a low haircut in there on june 2nd at 9:40am said they were closed and the door is open .. and a lady came out with a bag as if she checked her out .. you guys need better employees that want to work ..

Pulled up to a lit up store.....no employees. Someone went home sick. Locked up, and just left. Concerned customers called the police to make sure all was well. Thank God, it was. A manager was killed there a few months previous. Not good Dollar General!!!

Shelves are never fully stocked except for toy aisle that's ALWAYS over stocked. Hate having to go to 2 different dollar General stores because it would appear that they neither of them Can keep stuff on their shelves except toys

I love shopping at this particular Dollar General. The staff is always friendly & respectful. The store shelves are stay stocked nice & neat compare to other locations.

This location hasn't had any issues as far as I'm concerned and there's usually the same tall brown skinned cashier, but he's a nice guy and always is helpful and greets customers. 👍👍👍

Well, this used to be the only Dollar General I knew that was on his way to close. This is the neighborhood one and every theif comes here to steal because its close by in their neighborhood. But they recently hired new management and they really cleaned it up when I was last there. Now whether it stuck, I really don't know. You will have to see for yourself.

I love Dollar General bread and in Bay St Louis Ms on highway 90 the bread was stale. Store was empty not much selection.

I walked in at 3 pm and a customer service representative/cashier screamed at the top her lungs to get out were closed . Never going back .
