I’m writing this review as I sit in the parking lot. Hours state that store should be open until 9pm I’m here at 7:50pm and the store is closed. I understand if they are short staffed, however there are no signs indicating that they will close early or if they are short staffed. Very disappointed as this was a big waste of my time and gas to drive here.

The store is always closed during business hours. Staff is rude store is always a mess and unorganized. Unfortunately for some this is the closest place to buy food and feel forced to shop here. This store needs DESPERATE help from upper management

Store is locked almost every time I come, no sign saying "be right back". I don't know why I even bother stopping anymore. People constantly run out the back stealing stuff. It's dirty. This store needs closed down. Been through 3 managers that I know of in 1 year. TRASH

Lol smh ok the time is 10:30 am on the dot and they're not open at a hour and a half past the opening time...so what I'm saying is I guess the store opens up when they feel like it.

Edit: 5/6/19.. This store has been closed during hours Numerous times and it had gone on for months. That had begun to get better. Customer service is now awful! We were there Friday (I believe) and the cashier put some of our things on the floor so when we left it was forgotten. Went back to get my toilet paper, a puzzle(only one they had and my son was heartbroken) and Q-tips and the cashier acted like she hadn't seen it(while literally looking in the air). Went back today to speak to the manager and her ONLY WORDS WERE I'm sorry that happened to you, that's unfortunate, as she walked away... We spend a fortune in this store! Our entire family owns homes in this neighborhood. We will NOT be back!!! ..Nice and helpful employees but always a disaster in the store. Out of stock often and what is there is so compact and blocked by carts full of goods needing put away.

I tried to buy a package of Ashirts for my son. At check out cashier would not give me a receipt because she ran out of receipt paper. Manager could not help me. She said check back when main manager is here nut could not tell me when that would be. I asked for sisteict manager phone number and ahe saidshe could not give me that without thie consent. Not only that I was charged 3 timea for 1 item. Will nvr go back to that storw again

I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.. This used to be a great store to shop at. They always stay in stock, and the store would always be clean. Every since the manger, and assistant manager both left the store a year ago, they’ve been struggling to keep people filled in every position. Every week theirs a new person working. And yet no one to stock the shelves. And their always out of something. There are carts in the middle of almost every isle in e store which is a VERY BIG SAFTY HAZARD. Not to mention they’re closed on days when they’re supposed to be open, and sometimes closes a hour or two early due to being “short staffed”. Poor management has caused this place to lose money, and customers. I haven’t shopped here for a while, a and I hope others stop shopping here and wasting their money too.

Went in with $20 to get me and my son some snacks. Got some chips and stuff that all said $1 when i got to the counter it was all $2. Told the guy I didn't want them he gets the manager. (A short black lady.) She tells me anit no food a $1. Ok then why are they all in the dollar section. Your fault not mine. Then she noticed I had a Spiderman color book that was .01 I was so happy it was .01 bc it was for my daughters bday. She took it out of my bag said we can't sell this we have to throw it away. Are you kidding me? You'd rather throw it away then let me buy it? She was just rude for no reason. The only thing I said the whole time was they had a lot of food in the $1 section

This was the absolute worse shopping experience I've ever had! I made a purchase and they told me they couldn't give me a receipt. I decided that I didn't want the merchandise and the rude manager told me she couldn't give me one because I didn't have a receipt which they couldn't provide. Then she yells at me to get out of the store and calls the police on me! I want my receipt and my money back and I will never shop at a dollar general no where in the world ever again!!

Great place the workers are very friendly and know how to fix a problem.Dont steal they are top flight security of the world here. i didnt steal but i go here often and they seem to constantly catch people who are. besides that its very clean and well organized.

Store a mess. Didnt have what i needed. Cashier rude. Tried to accuse me of stealing cause i walked in and was leaving within a few minutes. Had my $ but they didn't have what i needed. Ended up going to family dollar to get what i needed.

Place and the service was good but it look like it needed some additional help in order to put things on the shelf to look a little more neater. But overall it was a good experience. I was able to find what I wanted and for a very good price. I was very happy about that.

Good customer service store us a mess shelves bare with isle blocked with totes and boxes. Have been driving oast this one to go to another farther out of our way. Sad it didnt use to be like this.

This location does have a long wait sometimes, but it's usually not too bad. Most of the staff are pretty friendly and the store is a lot less cluttered than it used to be.

Found what I needed & then some. Customer service was great & only 1 isle was blocked by new product cart. If all isles were clear I would've gave it 5☆

This store is an absolute loss... Just close it down and open a new one somewhere else because clearly NO ONE who "works" here wants to be there or wants to do anything at all. I frequent alot of Dollar Generals and goodness gracious this is by far the worst one I've been to. 🙄

This is one of the better ones. Easy to get in and out of, wasn't crowded and I didn't get asked for money in the parking lot. Friendly service and they had the stuff I went there for.

I do like the people that run this location, but unfortunately it's in a bad area. I rarely go to this one, honestly out of fear, & that's sad, because again, I LUV these employees.

They have nothing in stock ever wanted Clorox bleach the guy had to go to the the storage room in the back to get it they only put out what they are trying to get rid of 😡 and they never have products like the other dollar general stores
