Shirley are very caring and loving people . They do an excellent job on my dog! His name is Sam. He doesn't mind going there his tail is always wagging when he is dropped off. I lost my other groomer, and they took my dog in . No questions asked. And for that i am truley grateful. They have always treated me with kindness whether i call or come in.

super duper nice! I just took my fur baby in for the first time and instantly i was greated with a friendly smile. My dog did have mats in certain places but they were managed properly and she did such a good job! i asked to keep his tail long and keep his face looking young and she did her absolute best with what she worked with! some miss communication’s happened partly on my end with pickup but it was all sorted and i’m absolutely astonished at pricing!! for what i got the pricing isn’t bad at all. Definitely will be taking him again.

I really wanted to like this place. I was forced to find a new groomer (she sadly left the profession). My vet recommended this place, and I came in with high hopes. You have to make an appointment, which is just fine, but then doesn't tell you an estimated time to pick up. Maybe it's just a learning curve for me, but the way it was presented seemed rude and uncaring. I dropped my kids off before their scheduled time (10:30) and didn't get a text until 10 till 5 saying they would be ready to pick up at that time.When I picked my kids up, they stated that Waylon showed his teeth. I told them in the beginning that he was nervous and a rescue. I said that I did give him some calming meds (calming chews) before he came, and they said that they weren't supposed to take pets on meds. Which confused me because whomever I spoke to previously said it wasn't a problem.Overall, my kids looked okay. The shave was shorter in spots, and you can see their pink skin, mainly on Waylon (I am hoping it isn't a burn). Maybe it was my description of what I wanted or maybe how they acted. Again, learning I get it. But the interaction with the main women at the front left a bad impression. I didn't feel welcomed, and it made me concerned for my fur kids.

I have been taking my Pomeranian to be groomed by the people at DoggieSpa for over a year now. They are so nice and treat your fur baby like their own fur baby.My dog had some health issues while she was there to be groomed. They immediately called me so I could make arrangements for the vet. They even provided me with the samples the vet would need to test. They are truly caring people. I would recommend Doggie Spa for your pets grooming.

DONT BE FOOLED BY THE GOOD REVEWS!!!!The 2nd time we went this is what occurred and instead of an apology I am kind of told it was already there or that I discussed it with them and my 13 pound Cavalier can’t come back lol we definitely don’t have too and won’t recommend to anyone.You would think my pup nipped the groomer instead of the groomer nipping him! !Just AVOID THIS PLACE. Your pup will thank you.

I absolutely love Doggie Spa!!! I recently moved and PetSmart was closer to me and I was very unhappy with the service. So I decided to make the drive to Doggie Spa and Ms Shirley did everything I asked. I’m so happy! My puppy looks so cute with her feather bow and new cut!

Blessed to have Doggie Spa on the east side. The owners are very friendly and informative. Great communication. I trust both my Shih Tzus to them and have never regretted it. High quality every time.

I love this place. Reasonably priced, Jess does a great job with my dog. Always takes the time to assess if anything has changed with him. Offers advice to help with new bad habits (and they work!). Everyone here is professional but friendly and welcoming.

My dog has had different groomers it seems because it’s never the same cut. Sometimes u even etc.I understand she has been matted a couple times and I agree with their fees for that )it fills their equipment they say). I understand they don’t know how to brush out mattes fur.The woman who runs the place and is at the desk is rude. Even in responding comments on here. Today I decided I won’t be returning because I was charged a $27 fee because I had to cancel my last appointment (I was pretty sick) I thought if there was a charge it would have been stated then and charged then. It wasn’t. So I was indeed surprised to get that fee with Thai visit. A total of almost $90 for an “ok” groom. Naw. I’ll pass. I do not recommend (regardless what she puts as her response to this)Very impersonal and unprofessional.

Don’t bother wasting your time with this place. I wanted to find a new groomer close to home since we recently moved. I found Doggie Spa online, and saw they had good reviews, so decided to give them a try. I dropped off my pup at 9am and unfortunately I’m disappointed. I received a text at 1:46pm that my dog would be ready for pickup at 2:05pm. I am at work, so I figured I would come to get her once they called me to pick her up. I missed the text message (which initially only gave me less than 20 mins to get to them). Then someone called at 2:05pm and told me she was ready for pickup, and I informed them I’d be on my way. Then 6 minutes later as I’m in route for my pup I get a text message stating I missed the pickup time at 2:05pm and that I would be charged $1/minute until I pickup my pup. THAT’S JUST ABSURD!!! When my pup was dropped off they didn’t inform me what time she would be ready, otherwise I would have readily prepared. Also, when I spoke to the guy on the phone, he didn’t tell me they had a pickup charge. Instead, I learned that from a text message moments later. As a business, common sense would tell Doggie Spa to inform customers at drop off what time their pup would be ready. Instead they would rather get additional money from a pick up charge?! I’ve never even heard of groomer having the audacity to charge $1/minute when they don’t even let you know ahead of time. Adding insult to injury, I requested that my dog be cut short, 1-2inches, with a bear face, and it barely looks like they cut her down. I have paid for the grooming and additional fees, and I’m glad I know about their process because I will not be returning.

This is a exceptional dog groomer. The staff know dogs and do a great job of grooming. Very dedicated team here that you can trust. We've been taking our dogs there for years. Just moved back into town and the service is just as great. Very fair and reasonable pricing as well. They are located out on 10th St. by Washington Square Mall. I Highly recommend!

Took our pooch for nail trimming for the first time ever. Price was very reasonable and the ladies at Doggie Spa could not have been any more pleasant to deal with if they tried. Parking is both in front of the place with more around back. Entry is only West Bound on E 10th St due to curbing at intersection of E 10th and Mitthoffer. Sadie, the pooch will be returning.

The Doggie Spa is the best place in Central Indiana for your dog grooming needs. My commute is about 30 minutes to Shirley and her team, but it is worth the drive. They display great care and concern for my two dogs and treat them as their own. The dogs look fantastic and relaxed after every visit. Hands down, the Doggie Spa is the best dog grooming business in Central Indiana. You won't be disappointed!

When I picked up my dog they said he was aggressive. He is 13 and NEVER shown anything but love to people. Dogs are a good judge of character and would not take him back.

As far as the work goes from here I will highly recommend going here ! Unfortunately I got a puppy and they turned me away because they don’t take her breed anymore. She is a golden doodle, and I’ve never met a mean golden doodle. I’m sure they have their reasons on why they don’t accept them anymore but it’s just unfortunate they lost a customer. I just don’t see any point in taking my toy poodle to them and taking my golden doodle to another, when I can just take them both to the same place.

I have 2 dogs both are hard to groom. My dog Sadie always went to my vets and had to be put to sleep to be groomed. My friend uses Doggie Spa and told me about it.. Jessica is wonderful groomer. She has been able to groom Sadie without being put to sleep.. I would highly recommend this business. The office staff is always friendly too.

My boy Jasper was matted and very smelly due to not being able to get appt.with our regular groomer for 3 months. I called Doggie Spa and they got him right in and did a wonderful job and didn't shave him all the way down to his skin! The other groomer would have butchered him!!I highly recommend Doggie Spa on 10th at Mithoeffer to Everton especially if they have a Lhasa Opso.
