Do you need to pick up a prescription for your sick child in a timely manner (4 hours after Dr called it in/sent it in?) Don’t use this pharmacy because you’ll likely be waiting for far longer than 4 hours. Would you like to call in to kindly check the status of your sick child’s meds 4+ hours after the Dr sent in the rx? Don’t use this pharmacy, because they’ll hang up on your call repeatedly and never answer. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate.

The pharmacy staff here are so nice, so overworked, and everything is completely disorganized. It takes multiple trips to get anything filled. Somewhere in upper management, someone is really messing things up badly. I've been pleased and impressed by every interaction with the workers, and I don't think they're the problem, except perhaps that there aren't enough of them to cover the volume this place handles.

I'm going without two very necessary medications I'm completely out of and being told I have to come sit in the pharmacy and wait or I won't get my medication because they're two weeks behind and I can only get them if I come sit and wait in person otherwise it's not priority because they're behind and short staffed, and I have no transportation this is absolutely rediculous the pharmacy had me on hold for 16 minutes to tell me I can't get my medication filled unless I come there and wait in person smh

This place is so unorganized. I cannot believe they can dispense drugs. Their text process and calling process is completely intrusive and then you get to the pharmacy line and your prescriptions are not even there. I’m finished and I’ve moved all my business and my family’s business to another pharmacy. Customer service is sporadic. It depends on who is there for them to decide to be “nice” or rude to you. We’re done.

Dirty, rude workers (especially in the pharmacy), and the last hear pharmacist I saw there could hardly even speak English.
