For the pharmacy: This location needs to work on filling people's prescriptions better. I always have an issue with my prescription not being ready when I need it I could wait months for my prescription to be ready. I understand medication can be low in stock but I try to refill my prescriptions before I actually need them for that reason so they have time to fill it. Then I was recently told that my prescription was filled and ready and when I go up there to pick it up they have the wrong one. I even called a week prior to make sure that they were feeling the correct one and they said. Like how do you have the wrong prescription and wrong item when I was told that it was ready so they had to redo it and she said she needed to call my insurance so I was just wondering if they could get it ready by today the woman that was inputting the prescription was not answering my question. So when I went to go grab my other two prescriptions I asked that lady if there was any way that he could get it ready by today and then the lady I was talking to before her decided to chime in and have a n attitude so yeah that pissed me off. And yeah I went off on her because she was not listening to me. I always have an issue with my prescription not being filled and it's ridiculous. My experience there overall is horrible. I can never get my medication when I need it. Y'all are playing with people's lives. And yes I went off on that lady because she had no business responding with an attitude but the girl at the cash court Nyasia was perfectly fine, my anger was aimed towards the old lady with glasses at the drop off counter. She had no clue when my prescription would be ready after a month! And since she came at me with the attitude. When I wasn't even talking to her I went off on. this location is the worst one yet. I will not be going back and I will be contacting corporate. I've always given this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt but no more. This is ridiculous. Y'all are playing with people's lives.

So sing the loan number of stars in the review made me think this place would be really sketchy but it’s not it’s actually very clean and very well stocked.Dropped in here for some supplies for an event we have going on tomorrow here in Indianapolis Indiana and we were pleasantly surprised at the variety of choices this place has it’s kind of like a mini grocery store or a mini Walmart except it’s clean unlike most Walmarts. The only drawback that I really see this place which is not surprising as they don’t have any fresh produce like bananas or apples but hey it’s not really made to be a grocery store it’s a pharmacy after all.This place even has Snoop Dogg wine I was never expecting it to carry beer and hard liquor in alcohol in wine but guess what they certainly do maybe that’s a reflection of the section of the city that were in, lol. I say that in just because I know that it truly is a reflection of the second of the city ran to carry those alcohol damages and I’m not knocking it I’m a fan.Take this place can even let you get your DVD Reynolds on outside of the Redbox if you want.Anyway this please get a double thumbs up because it really is clean and well stocked can ask for a better CVS pharmacy highly recommend it.

Pharmacy was slow and unorganized. Staff was not friendly. My prescription was ready the day before, and I still waited 30 minutes. The front of the store was great!

I ordered my prescription to be pick up on the 12th of march. I ran out of my meds on march 14. I get to the store and the pharmacist was extremely rude. Told me I had to wait. Had an attitude. However the rep Betty did her best to make sure I got the meds I needed. The pharmacist said I had to wait. Betty apologized for her rudeness. I left. I get a text my meds are ready. I go through the drive through and get them. I want to praise Betty for all her help in getting my meds. I recommend that the pharmacist get remremanded and possibly more staff or order of importance for meds being filled. I should not have to run out before Cvs decides to fill them.

Worst pharmacy ever. They never answer the phone, it takes 3-4 days to get a prescription even if it’s for an antibiotic when you have an infection and the drive thru is a joke. Plan to wait in line at least 30 minutes

The pharmacy has really taken a hit in the past few years. It takes days for prescriptions to be filled, their hours are incredibly short and make it impossible to pick up before or after work, and it's really frustrating to be bombarded with pick up reminders when you can't get there before they close. I recently stopped by on a break to pick up a prescription only to find they were closed for no given reason. They started closing for lunch but this was well beyond their lunch period. It's really a bummer.

Low marks for CVS failure to staff both drive thru lanes and for allowing Customers to wait for Covid test results in the drive thru. This is a failure of the store managers to require employees consider the needs of all customers AND it is the reason we left Walgreens to bring our business to CVS.On 05/08/2021, I phoned to discuss my complaint with the CVS manager. The person who answered the phone claimed she was a manager, refused to take my complaint (stated she was too busy), then hung up on me. That was reported to corporate headquarters along with my initial complaint.

Horrible experience with pharmacy. Technician verbally attacked me because she used the wrong verbage. Instead of saying there was no refills left, she stated there was no active order on file. When i asked do you mean refills this unprofessional techinican yelling verbally stated "i said there are no active orders. You need to contact the physician." Then slammed the phone down. She spoke as though i was her child, deaming. The problem was she did not want to be questioned, ir be wrong. What she did not know was that I'm an RN. And Social Media is awesome. Im over rude behavior. Go to Walgreens. At leas they greet you!!!!
