This cvs is the worse. I have called my insurance to find another pharmacy I don’t recommend anyone use this pharmacy severely understaff employees they do have are rude and nasty it takes forever to get a simple prescription picked up i can go on for days about how much this store sucks monkey balls.

I love CVS the one on Shelby and Raymond the store manager Greg hamm was very polite & courtis.. I love the employees. Store was very nice and clean . Will recommend it to anyone who is looking for nice smiles , respectful service !!😊 The CVS on Shelby - Raymond is definitely the store to go to.. thanks

The pharmacy won't answer their phone, they close the drive-thru pharmacy window after 2pm, and they won't fill prescriptions you submit online until you heckle them about it. It's been 10 days since I ordered a very common, easy to fill prescription and they refuse to fill it until I call them and ask them to. It's usually ready within 15 minutes of my call (if I can even reach them by phone....)Update, 2 months later: the pharmacy still sucks. I stood in like for a very long time, despite being advised not to stand up for extended periods of time from my doctor (because they refuse to open the drive thru AT ANY TIME for people who need it) so I was experiencing some pretty awful symptoms just to be told I had to wait another hour SIX DAYS after requesting my refill. She refused to even check out the one bottle of Tums I had because it would "hold up the line." A 30 second transaction was a huge inconvenience for this person and made me walk up to the front and check out there, ignoring the sweat dripping down my face and trembling. Didn't have any sort of empathy for the patients. You'd have an easier time getting meds if you were incarcerated, and that's saying something.This company is a wreck because their pharmacy staff forgets they work in a retail establishment. Medicine is monetized and when you fill your prescription here, you're filling your prescription with a retail giant who literally could not care any less about your health. News flash, techs, you work in customer service, not just medicine. You all have the bedside manner of a wet house cat. In comparison to your staff, I prefer the wet cat. Be better.

The pharmacy staff are much like the rest of the industry, ambivalent and too quiet to be customer service oriented. It's gotta be tough to be in the field. I would recommend trying a different place. As the is staff, is mostly unfriendly. I'm truly thankful I'm not that way to my patients.

No matter how many times I go to this pharmacy I am always disappointed. They don't answer phones. They will not fill prescriptions until you show up. After you ask about it then they fill it. Had enough of it moving prescriptions to Meijer.

The pharmacist and the blonde that was working today are the rudest people in customer service I have experienced in a long time! They need to work in a warehouse without face to face interaction with customers.

The pharmacy is a mess. They don't have staff. It takes 5 days to get your RX filled. Service is horrible!
