The male pharmacist at this location, I believe his name is Adam but I'm not sure. He has worked there for years and is always so polite and helpful. He goes the extra mile to ensure that all customers have been helped and their questions have been answered. He will even help you with finding the best over the counter cough syrup for someone that has heart disease and that you get it for the best price possible. I came there last week and even though the pharmacy was closed, he still looked to see if my partners medicine had been filled and could be picked up because it was an antibiotic and he said it was important that he start taking it ASAP. This man deserves a raise and some praise!! Even when the pharmacy is super busy he always does his best to make sure everyone is helped and is very polite.

Marcia in the pharmacy is a delight. Actually, most of the people who work in the pharmacy have been wonderful to me. However, Marcia gave me two shots today and she was so gentle that I barely felt them. The pharmacy was pretty busy-I feel like it always is-but I watched Marcia give her full attention to each customer with whom she interacted, while still not lingering so that others had to wait an excessive amount of time.I’ve haven’t always had great experiences at this CVS, or really any CVS-I’ll get a notification that my medication is ready, and when I come to pick it up, it definitely is not…. And other normal frustrations with pharmacies, but the staff at this specific CVS in the pharmacy have been very kind when I’ve been there.

If you ever have a serious injury/surgery, do not send your medication to this location. They’re hardly ever staffed and they have a deep lust for closing their pharmacy way before normal hours say on the website. What good is a pharmacy that’s only open when it wants to be? And completely ignores the hours listed online?

When you get pictures it is all ways 2 hours or more there wait to you get there and start them the staff is not nice at all always doing not a thing and getting paid it is so sad here I will not go back to the store should be shut down and the staff is so bad

We dive past another CVS location just to go to this one. The pharmacy staff is very nice and knowledgeable. They get things filled in a timely manner. Pharmacists are caring and patient when dealing with customers. Really appreciate this pharmacy. They do above and beyond every time we are there. Fast drive thru, fast turnaround, excellent staff. Not much you could ask for.

Called yesterday about an issue, was on hold for eleven minutes until I got a phone call I had to take. Today, I try to call again, as the issue remains unresolved, and was on hold for FORTY-NINE MINUTES. The phone was not answered, I gave up and will have to go in there tomorrow to talk to them in person. The customer service is great there *in person*, so I'm surprised that they care so little about customers on the phone.

They shouldn't take 2 days to fill scripts sent from the ER, and they should be open on Saturdays! Why in the hell would the pharmacy be closed on a Saturday? Since Walgreens has closed, CVS has become below substandard.

So fed up with the pharmacy department, I went to the dr yesterday needing 2 medication badly the same day but nope still processing, they used to be good but not anymore, I’m done! What if it was a life threatening medication I couldn’t get?

Absolutly awful. Have waited in line 40 minutes to get my prescription. Currently waiting over 12 minutes and I was the first person in line when they opened. They truly don't care AT ALL in the pharmacy. They won't even apologize sincerely, they say "sorry" with an attitude like it's inappropriate to say you've been waiting. Not acceptable. Corporate needs to figure this location out. It is an absolute disaster. Cars lined up waiting behind me, people getting out of their cars to physically check the window. They'll forget half your prescriptions then give them to you without 1 word in the rudest POSSIBLE way. I speculate that it's completely possible to get friendlier faster service in an actual trap house.If i changed my CVS location to the farthest store from me id still be done quicker than using this store. I will never ever ever allow my medications to come here again. Ever.

I walked in to hear three employees complaining about work shifts pretty loud but - significant improvement in we'll staffed pharmacy. Parking lot always very dirty! Sadly, only choice in the area for RX. CVS used to be my go to. What happened CVS?

Maybe we can learn to answer the phones. Just pulled up 2 minutes before close and can't get mu wife's medicine so she can recover from the comfort of our home. Thanks CVS for being so caring.

Love the Drug Store but I can not get the portal to work correctly to see my medications & refill or see if they are filled yet & no one ever answers the phone every time I call, I literally am on hold for 20-25 min then maybe someone picks up usually I end up getting hung up on which is very frustrating since I have a low functioning immune system & Its very risky/stressful when I have to leave my home(*even being vaccinated). They reakly should hire someone just to man phone calks during this time if they are this busy its nit fair to the customer or to their workers!!! I'm getting so fed up im thinking of switching to another pharmacy but I realky like the pharmacist there. Please help them /us out hire more people! Happy New Year Everyone!!!

I have been using CVS for 26 years and was transferred to this pharmacy on 8/1/2020 due to my store closing. I have never had any good service at this pharmacy. There is one really rude lady that won't do her job. She has changed my name in the system, called me a liar, and messed up every refill that has been done. No customer should go through this. I am transferring to a kinder CVS. They also need to clean up their mound of trash at the pickup window. Nasty place all around.

I am on the "do not call" list for Indiana. CVS used my personal medical information to make a telemarketing call to my phone promoting their pharmacy. That is misuse of my personal information. They have been reported to the Attorney General. I will no longer use CVS.

Every time I call I dont get a answer. Its ridiculous!!!! And if someone answers they pick up real quick and say sorry for the wait please hold and puts you back I hold. I was on hold for a hr before I hung up. It is very hard to cope with when you really are in need of your medication.

Poor pharmacy service my wife was on hold for 36 mins then hung up on , day after surgery and they say her insurance will not cover her pain meds but then tell us it's fraud if we pay out of pocket basically holding her medicine hostage, so she calls her Dr and they inform us that's not true we have the right to pay for them if we wish, nothing but problems and poor service from this pharmacy
