Service was great but their childproof caps are also old woman proof. I finally smashed the pill bottle with a hammer and am still waiting for my daughter to come over and open the cough syrup. They really should ask if you need childproof caps.

My pharmacy closed a few years back. I have bounced through three or four trying to get any of them to handle my prescriptions in a timely manner. For the first time in three years that happened. On top of that it was cheaper and they were polite. Just wow.

I’ve had two pharmacies, close, and been to three different pharmacies that should’ve been closed in the past three years. This is the first pharmacy anywhere near here I found recently that can get the job done, and they’ll happen to be super nice and polite as well. This place has been great

The female pharmacist here is so kind. She spent a ton of time trying to get the best deal for my son's prescription. She even went above and beyond in talking to the doctor. Without us even asking. Also spent time educating my husband on the prescription and asthma medications. It was very appreciated.

I scheduled and got my booster shot here on a weekend so I didn't have to leave work. They put in a self checkout here so I was able to skip the line.

Waited 10minutes on the drive through. They got me frustrated so i went inside for pickup. Just one customer at the front and they cant get it done waite for more than 15minutes. Either get more staff or just close the store permanently

So far so good. I was freaking out based on the recent reviews. However, I called at 3:30 pm today (5/2/23) and the pharmacy answered the phone in about 1-2 min. They started getting my Rx's transferred from my old CVS, and got two set up for refill for tomorrow.

Very rude pharmacist . White male middle age . Acts like people can’t afford their prescriptions without the insurance coverage . I sent my fiancé to pick up my prescription and they refused to give him the most important one because it had to be paid out of pocket he offered to pay out of pocket and the pharmacist refused to give him the prescription . I had to come in today still injured from the hospital to pick up the prescription and he also almost refused to give it to me .I had to demand to pay out of pocket. Stick with stop 11 and Emerson way better service .

Cvs at Southport and Bluff is always a pleasant experience. The pharmacy staff is top notch and you don't have to duck'n dodge pervs, pick-pockets and winos to get in & out.

Always find good deals. Pharmacy staff seems to be willing to go above and beyond for me and I think just about everyone. I'm always greeted when entering and when leaving I'm told to have a good rest of the day and evening

Lost my wallet there! While not their fault! Found my wallet but not my money! THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE DISHONEST! I was raised in a different time when people were honest . . . that is not today. Need to be more careful!
