My prescription was delayed for over 3 days. I had to call them to figure out what the issue was. Upon calling I was told my prescription was out of stock and they never put in a order to reorder it. Then magically in the same conversation I was told my prescription would be ready in less than a hour. Unprofessional and inefficient staff.

I called first and she answered the phone!!!!!! Although CVS was busy at the time I shopped, the cashier was exceptionally professional, responsible, and genuinely courteous, helpful, caring, and polite. I enjoyed my trip.

On hold for 45 minutes for them to hand up. This is unacceptable. I have COVID and need the Paxlovid. It’s time sensitive and I needed it by today. It was called in THIS MORNING. It should not take all day to fill!

Today is November 30 2023 and I was helped by this young man Derrick he is an amazing person great customer service now here in the past I've cole to this location and I was greeted by a young woman named shovonna and she was very nDty I only come in for money gram service and she didn't want to help me at all with anything I was requesting this young man Derrick is very helpful and I am glad I encountered his spirit today thank you so much .

Diane Is amazing! She greeted me when I walked in the door. Asked if I was going to the pharmacy because they we on lunch and let the people who were going know the had 11 min before they opened back up. She helped me with my purchases from start to finish! I love her!

My experience at this location has always been great especially at the pharmacy. But the gentleman with the accent I spoke to tonight about a medicine transfer was absolutely rude and sounded annoyed that I called an hour before close and wasn't even asking to have it ready tonight. The worst part is I frequent there and know exactly who it is..if you get him and he's the only one there to answer your questions, try again another day. I'll be sure to let him know in person when I see him next my disappointment with his unprofessional technique with telesupport.

If a place is to close at 6:00 then the Pharmacy should close at 6:00. not 5:45. Somehow i think this only happens in black communities.

pharmacy is horrible! I was so kind on the phone, saying please and thank you, wasn’t upset about meds being unavailable, just said i’d ask my doctor to send to a different location. and was literally yelled at. the aggression was so unnecessary and not helpful.

Pharmacy staff are very rude. I had to wait to be serviced until they finished their loud personal conversation. They messed up my children's prescriptions and got irritated with me when I addressed it.

Docs office called in prescription at about 2:30. Went to CVS there on 38th and Emerson. Was told it would be an hour. Tried to pick up meds at 6:20. Told only had 4 done. Called back next morning at 10. Told still not finished. Needed another hour. Obviously they stop working on it instead of finishing.😡

I scheduled a COVID-19 test on February 14th at 3pm I arrived on time did the swab in both nostrils and the lady who helped me said it would take 20 minutes for my results to be texted or emailed to me....about 4:45pm the same day I checked to see if had a text message or email still nothing I waited another hour then called...after being put on hold the person who I spoke to said my test was sent to the Nurse Practitioner and she sends the results...No info was given of who the Nurse Practitioner is so I waited to check this morning and I still don't have my COVID-19 test results....I will never use that CVS on 5510 E 38th St and Emerson again....I need my results in order to get back to work...makes it look bad for ALL CVS....I have to go some where else only because I couldn't get an appointment thru my Doctor for that day.... FRUSTRATED!!!!

Just bought a case of water and some bottles of soft drink.. after stepping out the store am wondering why my bill was so high.. the price for one soda (soft drink) was $2.39 each I ask for a refund and they say I need a ID to get a refund. That to me don’t make any sense. So I was unable to get the refund.

The pharmacy will not answer their phone, you have to physically go go the counter and expose yourself to Covid to get their attention. I stated to the technician yesterday that I was on the phone 40 minutes with no pickup, her reply was I know it haha.I have a medication that they can’t seem to get the refills authorization from my provider I’ve been out of this med for weeks now, and my provider says they sent to refill authorization over 4 days ago. Now I have to go back to CVS and stand at the counter to try and get an answer.I’m moving my prescriptions to another Pharmacy.

Let me start by explaining that I am a licensed and experienced pharmacy tech in the state of indiana. This pharmacy is close to my house or I would never go there. All of the employees are rude. I sent scripts to be filled, they either are not filled on time, or not filled at all with no explanation of why. I have been told it would be a few hours wait...gone in hours later and nothing is ready. Instead of letting you know that your insurance won't cover a med...They just don't fill it and don't tell you anything about it. This is a pharmacy. People absolutely need to know the status on their medications or in some cases it could be life threatening. The employees/managers do not seem to understand the importance of their job and in my opinion should not be able to hold a license if that is the case.

I was treated very rudely by the store manager. I wanted deodorant, it was locked in cabinet I guess she didn’t feel like being bothered and she was rushing me to choose then loss patients and refused to unlock cabinet and wouldn’t serve me. I asked the pharmacist to help he tried and she wouldn’t give him the key. I left and went to another cvs a few blocks down the street.

Please fix your business hours!!!!! It’s very frustrating. Very frustrating that the pharmacy just goes by their own rules. Nobody answers their phone. Open and close whenever. Will be switching my pharmacy today!

Extremely slow. Been in drive through for 30 min with once car in front of me and then at the window for 12 min while the employees spoke on the phone. This is rude and frustrating.

This is a great store. In the middle of post modern decline of neighborhood relationships this store stands out as being warm & professional. I have had need to tangle with the corporate offices but my only advice for the store is to get more folks just like them. Acessible & kind.

Pharmacy is the worst, and it should be shut down. The service is inconsistent and staff seems disinterested in helping anyone out. They never answer the phone as if there understaffed.
