We LOVE City Dogs grocery, if there’s a traffic mess downtown the newer Fountain Square location is also Great!The staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing what product you should be giving you’re furbaby. An the selection of dehydrated treats is wonderful, both my baby’s just love getting to go shopping at City Dogs!They recently gave us a sample to add to their food & it’s helped a lot with dry skin! I highly recommend stopping by an seeing what a great store this is.

Awesome place. I will walk up mass Ave about 3-4 times with the dogs and stop at this place. Picked up a pig nose and duck head for the pups. Marissa is amazing. Thanks, will be back. Love you guys!!!

A wonderful location for a dog to sniff around and pick out a treat. We are not from the area, and the employee was so kind to our sweet Bear. He picked out a chew treat and we were able to get him some pumpkin packets for our trip. Would highly recommend for any dog lovers!

WOW!!! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection of healthy dog food and treats. I explained what food my fur babies were eating and what I was trying to accomplish. The staff walked me through different types of food and gave me time to make a decision that I think would benefit my dogs. I'm glad I didn't travel to suburbia just to buy another bag of a lesser quality from the chain stores. There is also a loyalty program 😁. City Dogs Grocery is my new store for all my pet needs. I think Mass Ave has a reputation for quality restaurants and stores and CDG fits right in. Kudos to you!

This place is the BEST! The staff is very knowledgeable and so friendly. They really care about your floofers. We have a very picky eater and they gave us samples of all kinds of food to try. The owner is super nice and it’s our favorite spot in town. They always have fun new treats in stock that our pup loves!!

The best! They truly care about you and your FurKids. Our dog was sick for months with a liver issue and they always helped us find food and supplements that his sensitive stomach could digest easily. Each staff member is knowledgeable and will help you find what you need.

It's a lovely little shop.. They are represented really well by the person behind their counter who was really helpful when I was in. The sell quality items. I definitely recommend if you want something different than what you can just pick up at any old chain of pet stores.

The owner and staff are very nice and will actually take the time to help you understand what food you should buy for your dog. All of the food is free of fillers and will really benefit your dog - after following their suggestion and getting a fish based blend, our Dobie's coat really started to shine! Staff also understands that not everyone needs the most expensive stuff there is, and the selection has healthy food for all price ranges.

Go here often for specialty treats for the dog and cat. They have a cool selection of homemade treats, as well as various packaged ones you can't find in other stores. It's fun to bring the dog when we can as well.

Very cute mom and pop, brick and mortar shop that caters to your fur-babies needs. I have 4 Boxers and typical of Boxers, the big lugs have delicate tummy’s. I detest large corporate conglomerates and stumbled upon this gem. Christi assisted and recommended Zignature in Duck, grain free. On average, this is $70.00 a bag, and will go through a 27lb bag in 1.5 weeks. My kiddos have responded well. Christi, do you offer stock options? Looks like you made a long-term customer. Can’t wait for the Fountain Square location. Thank you so much for the attention and detail to my family needs.

The owners and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. I love taking my pup here. They always give him a treat when he walks through the door. Plus, they are the only local place I have found with toys that don't destroy so easily.
