In store where I purchased it from, they had to order it because it was out of stock. Associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about technology. I was looking for a gaming PC. The associate was working with me , showed me this cyber power PC. Overall this cyberpower pc a Great PC, huge step-up from our old one. Extremely quick and has a great amount of storage. Handles high quality games great. The fans aren't very noisy. LEDs in the dark look amazing.

Waiting for over 45 mins for them to bring me my curbside item. I have watched the 2 guys in the photo take 3 seperate smoke breaks. Also not one other curbside order the whole time I have been waiting!

I had some really great help by Kyle who was helping me pick out a computer for my daughter for college. He made my choice very easy and helped me get set up for services on the computer. I Would definitely be coming back to the store to see him and continue making purchases at this store !!!!

Had to pick up something I ordered online, and this was the store that had it. People in the store were friendly. The store seemed clean. Parking lot, THAT IS A WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY. Watch for drivers that don't read stop signs. WOW, twice in 10 minutes, two cars ran stop signs.

Best buy was a great experience. I was able to come in and go to the section I wanted to and look where I wanted to look to see my item. I found the people that work that were very helpful and everything worked out all right I got. Got a new laptop. Actually I found the laptop in the cleaners area so that made the purchase even better. It was gently used and they took off quite a bit for it

Went in to purchase a stove, and a long, curly haired young man said he would help us as soon as he was finished with his current customer. So we waited 25 minutes, he said good by to his customers, came back to his desk, grabbed something and went to the back of the store and stood with a group of four other employees and just chatted and laughed. So we left, no stove, not even any information about the stove, nothing.

My mobile phone screen protector cracked and it had a lifetime warranty. It took less than a half an hour to do the warranty and have a new one replaced. Great service and pleasant staff at the East Washington Street store.

Had a TV on display yet refused to sell to me a couple months ago and i went back today and they still have the same TV for sale yet cheaper and STILL refused to sell. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Since I'm a Total Tech Member my visit is always as I expect. The people treat me with priority status and courtesy. Got my electronics serviced free of charge and fast. The store in Washington Sq was clean and so was the restrooms. So A+ from me.

Just an Advice, before you buy something at this location please verify, because they stole my money and give me a broken tv, it was an open box, they told me everything working and great. I did trust them until I go home and see the tv was broken, that’s why they didn’t want me to see the tv before I buy it. Even the main manager, all of them are thief. I will never buy nothing in this place and will let everyone know how bad this location is.

Customer service is terrible. No one greets , and no one helps when you’re trying to look for something. I don’t recommend this locations. 3 guys in the front all together doing nothing just standing there. While customers come in. I would not be happy if I hired them to pay workers to do nothing.

Accessibility fail here. This sign is blocking the sidewalk, causing anyone using the sidewalk to have to exit for a moment to go around, which for those using wheelchairs or any other device with wheels, is a serious safety issue. I’ve also had issues with the sidewalks here in the past, even having been ejected from my chair once due to a chip out of the sidewalk. Both the sign and unsafe sidewalk were immediately in front of the Best Buy, and when the previous issue happened I had asked an employee about contact information or speaking to management or anything in regard to addressing these concerns and they had no idea what to do or who to talk to.

I don't write many bad reviews, it seems our society is way too quick to complain over every little thing anymore, but over a two day period, I had a sincerely poor experience here. I went in trying to purchase several different items on a couple different days. I would like to make it clear that neither day was terribly busy. First day I bought a tablet for the wife. I could barely get the frankly unpleasant and condescending sales person (he made it feel like my not knowing everything about all the different iPads was a personal shortcoming) to stop playing on his phone long enough to answer my questions and sell me one. He told me a certain case would fit, which it didn't. Day two I went to exchange the case and buy a TV. There was one guy on a register with a line of five or six customers. There were at least four other associates standing around doing nothing while we waited and waited while the one poor guy tried to figure out the receipt printer jam. Finally gets it figured after about 10 minutes. Lady ahead of me is waiting to see the manager about something, and has already let several people go ahead. Finally I get up there, get my exchange done, and spend the next 15 minutes trying to buy a TV, the last five just standing in the aisle waving my credit card in the air. There are little groups of 3-4 employees standing around watching one person wait on a customer, playing on phones, or generally doing anything other than selling me a TV. Several other customers are looking for help as well. I finally get fed up and leave after two employees walking past have assured me they'll get someone to help me. As I'm walking out, same lady is still waiting in the line to try to talk to the manager, who is still nowhere to be found. Everything about this store says extremely poor management, and complete lack of interest in even the barest minimum of service. I've worked and managed corporate retail, and I understand most big companies are run by pampered rich morons who have no idea how to treat employees or customers, and just yell at overworked and underpaid employees when there's an issue, so it takes a lot to get me to complain, but this place shows such an active lack of interest in its customers that it I would be remiss in not warning folks.

They got rid of their registers and now just have 1, long line for no reason. Higher prices for stuff made in China and using less employees. Decided not pay over price for cpu cooler because of this.

EDIT- I wound up buying another TV, this time a 75 inch. I brought the SUV with the luggage rack on top as the TV wouldn't fit into my SUV but it was a perfect for the rack. When they approached the car the lady asked where I was putting it and I said on top and she said "no you're not". I was kind of surprised by this and asked "what?" She told me if it falls off that they are liable. I assured her that it's a luggage rack and is made to hold things down on top of the SUV during long trips and such and there was no way anything was flying off. I also added I would sign something stating I take full responsibility for anything that happens but I just needed a hand sliding this huge TV onto my SUV. She refused, even though we were at the curb she rolled the cart with my TV back to the sidewalk and they sat it down on the concrete and told me to have a good day. I managed to do it all myself and got my TV home just fine but it was 10am and there was no need for the attitude. Like I did something wrong. Will not be picking anything up from here ever again.With the location, I'm not gonna lie, I was a little worried about picking up my TV I had bought online. I had never gone to this store but knew the location wasn't in the nicest of neighborhoods. Surprisingly, the store was clean and everyone was super nice. I didn't know where to go at first so I asked a guy working at the cell phone kiosk and he pointed me to the pick up line. As I walked to the line a gentleman was ahead of me being helped but then another employee came over and helped me. With in a minute I was heading back outside to open up the truck and they're were right behind me with the TV. They loaded it and were very friendly! Great experience! 👍

So I see a guy walking by me that work there and I ask if he can help me and he's answered was,there is a lot of other people over there that can help you and he point out a group of employees that was standing by the entrance door,so I say alright I guess he don't want to help me out,so I go tours tha entrance door where the group of employees were standing at and I ask one of the young guys is any way you can help me out I just trying to buyone of you ring cameras,and he reply well can you get it your self,so I'm just like ok no problem and everyone knows that all the ring cameras are kept under a monitor and they are locked so I say ok and I walked to ask and other guy and he finally was able to get that camera finally I'm a regular costumer in there and is disappointed that this store has to become like this!

I'm usually not a fan of a place like this where everyone has that salesman/woman vibe, and I imagine most people feel the same. With that said, I've not felt like that. The employees are all very nice and helpful. The online ordering w/ 1hr. pickup is super convenient. I would recommend they're doing a great job here.

Tried to purchase a washer, no one around, other customers finally got a ladder and got down what they wanted themselves Husband asked cashier for help, she said she'd see if she could someone. No one ever came to help we left. Purchasing elsewhere.
