First time going to Barks & Bows for my baby & I loved it ! been looking for months to get my good boy groomed & finally found this place. I dropped him off at 8:45 and he was ready before 12:30. He’s a little feisty but they worked with him & also it’s cageless. I will definitely be returning.

Took her home and she was bleeding cause they cut her nails too short causing her nails to bleed, and she came back looking the same as I took her. I usually don’t put a bad review but this is the first time, I took her here and she came back bleeding. I’m upset, you don’t want to get you baby back bleeding or hurt. I would not recommend. I have attached the photos.

My baby’s best grooming experience ever! I love that they’re cage free and let the pups interact/play with eachother! Bruno was sooo happy when he left which let me know he had a good time. Staff was very friendly ❤️ and did a great job grooming my boy. Definitely our go to place from now on!

Tamara took amazing care of my Kodi! She was patient, knowledgeable and kind with us, as this was Kodi's first time being groomed. He looks amazing! He is very pleased with his new do, and so am I! They even gave him a little bandana and some cookies! They have gained customers for life!

All of the staff at bark and bows pet spa was wonderful and friendly... my two Doodles turned out wonderful... they both seem happy when I picked up.... they look great...their pricing is also very fair..I will definitely recommend and I will continue visiting them

We have just moved here from Florida and I had a hard time finding a groomer, so my two dogs were way over due. They honestly have never smelled or looked better. And they got them done fast. It was a pleasure taking them here.

Kidra is EXCELLENT!!! She is the only person that I will let groom my Max (Shih-Tzu/Bichon mix). She is patient and very friendly. She has been my groomer for over 5 years. Thank you Kidra for always taking great care of my fur baby!!!

They came up with every excuse why they didn’t receive our appointment online and they never answer their phone.They also rushed on my dog. There’s definitely better places out there!

Bark & bows has moved to a bigger shop that can handle all of her customers and added more groomers. Kidra and her groomers offer the best services around with cage free grooming. The shop is always clean and smells great. The employees are very friendly, prices are great. My dog doesn't like very many people but he loves the attention that kidra gives him, she is the only person he will let cut his nails. Book your appointment now as she is always busy...

I took my 1.5 year old American Eskimo to get some troublesome knots out and to generally get cleaned up! To my surprise he looked absolutely pristine when I received him! Definitely recommend this groomer! They’re quick to respond and are relatively low cost. Amazing experience

I am in love with this groomer! She always provides the best experience for my poodle. I would not take my fur baby anywhere else. This groomer is extremely kind, gentle, and so professional. I don’t understand how this place stays open? I’ve been trying to confirm an appt since May 28. I have heard from them after a long wait and they will give me a date and I will try to confirm back to them but they won’t return my call or text for weeks so I won’t really know if I have an appt or not. They have groomed all three of my dogs once and one of them twice but I went they this same scenario every time. It seems like it’s a side job or something, I don’t know!

Overall they had did a pretty good job , but they messed my puppy up a little and didn’t complete what was asked but later on understood the puppy was difficult to work with. (Review expressed and written by my mom)

I get my Yorkie puppy groomed at Barks & Bows Pet Spa and Kidra does an excellent job. I had taken him to another place on two occasions and I was very disappointed. I'll diffinitly will be taken my dog back to Barks & Bows Pet Spa.

Kidra was so kind, playful and attentive to our 2 Shih Tzu's, These are my late wife's dogs and we are very particular on who we trust with Bella and Abby. Kidra did such an awesome job of bathing and grooming and caring for our dogs. We live in Kentucky but have family here in Indy, we will be returning to Indy for all our puppies grooming in the future.
