Our dog has a lot of energy so we bring him to Barkefellers a couple times a week to play with other dogs. He loves it. He's so excited to go. The staff all seem to truly care for him like we do. Dropping off for daycare is so easy in the morning because they all know him. We're in and out in less than a minute. We've used their boarding and grooming services as well. They have always done a great job. I think the prices are fair for the services provided.

Cash absolutely 💕's doggie daycare here! The staff is amazing. They even come outside to your car in the morning to get you on your way. Super positive vibe here. 🐶🐾🐕

I love this place! Been taking my dog Oliver here for almost three years. The grooming is good. Daycare is so much fun, he falls asleep before we leave the parking lot. Boarding is easy, I always add the group play. The staff remember us, even though we’re not usuals. No complaints, highly recommend!

Maple goes 2 x a week and we love the staff here. We also use the grooming, boarding and training services and have been very pleased with those as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for boarding, grooming, training, or just daycare! Our beagle is so loved there and always comes home tuckered!

This place is where my furbabies stay when the paw-rents (humans) are out of town. (President Suite with out door access on good weather days and a camera so you can see them and watch them when you start to miss them ❤️ Won’t take them anywhere else. Boss and Bella APPROVED

I've taken my dog a couple of time's here now, so far it has been one of the best experience with grooming, hair cuts and boarding.It can be on the higher end with bigger dog's but a good bath and a trim every month or so is worth keeping you and your pet happy.Peace in mind is something else you get, knowing your pet is in safe hand's.

My husband and I requested a tour of this location as we were looking for a new place to take our girls. Without hesitation we were taken around and they answered all the questions we were anticipating to ask. My biggest concern was daycare sizes and how they were divided up. To my pleasant surprise, they divide up the groups, tiny, small, medium, and large with the small instance that a smaller dog prefers to hang with the larger dogs. We have two female Frenchies who are 22-25 lbs so knowing they would be with their size range put me at ease.The very next day we brought them in for their temperament evaluation and they passed, as I suspected they would. They're very social, play well with others, and no strangers to going to day care.The facility is clean, the operation is organized, and the day care is very generous with 3 free days of play to start, that's more than the other day care facilities around. We plan on taking the girls back this week and making this a regular routine for them moving forward. In the future we plan on trying the hotel too. I love the option that they have cameras in the suites so you can check in while you're away.Here's a picture from the aftermath of going to Barkefellers...LOL wiped out!

Our puppy lost lots of weight. She received not even half the amount we recommended the feed our puppy. (11 cups total, when asked to feed 30 and WE PROVIDED THE DOG FOOD) For a week!!! Left her in the room without a blanket or any toys for hours (had a camera to view) Purely neglected our dog. I dont recommend anyone bringing pets here. This place shouldn’t even be in business.

I took my cocker spaniel and dachshund to Barkefellers, for a three day boarding visit. I called, and was in a bind for a place to send my pets, as the caretaker that was going to help me out, backed out at the last minute. Barkefellers took my call, and info, and were able to place my dogs with really short notice. I'm very appreciative for the care provided. The dogs were extremely happy when we picked them up, and they both were fresh and clean, since I opted for the optional spa package. I will definitely use them again to care for our pets!

We LOVE taking our puppy to Barkefellers for day care! They’re always doing little photo shoots and post plenty to Instagram so we can see how much fun Jovi is having with the other dogs during the day. Jovi walks in the door so excited, and comes home tuckered out from a long day of group play. Open late, affordable pricing, and a friendly staff makes us confident that our pup is in good hands.

I absolutely love this place! We used their training services for our rambunctious 10 month old puppy. They answered all of my questions very professionally and we’re very helpful in any accommodations I needed. His trainer Taylor was so sweet and worked very patiently with my dog! I can’t wait for him to go back for a second round of training and doggy daycare on my family’s busy days! I’m so glad we found a loving place for our dog those aren’t easy to come by. This place has by far exceeded my expectations. I know Dexter is a lot to handle but thank you for all the love you have given him!

This was the first time my older dogs were away from me. I had to go out of town for a week. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. And they were so sweet to my dogs. Definitely will be back!

We set a reservation weeks in advance and asked if we needed to bring our dog in for temperament testing or a meet and greet to determine if she would be good to be boarded there.We were told “no, that wasn’t needed. She will be fine. We work with anxious dogs.”We get there for drop off 10 hours before we were supposed to board to flight to Mexico and they said “we can’t handle your dog in the case of an emergency.”My dog isn’t and was not acting aggressively. She was shy and didn’t want to be pet and kept her distance from people. She is also a 60lb Pitbull and I’m not sure if that had anything to do with it.I am understanding of the need for safety, which is why we asked if we can do the meet and greet first to cover our bases. We even paid a deposit and let the staff know she is just anxious.As a result of Barkefellers falling through on their end of our boarding agreement, we almost ended up cancelling our honeymoon but luckily we got a last minute dog sitter HOURS before leaving the country. It caused a lot of stress, a lot of crying and was a huge let down.I would not recommend this place at all of your dog is even remotely nervous of a shelter or boarding environment or if you have a large dog.

The people there are wonderful. We have a large dog who needs to burn off extra energy from time to time, and we know she is always in good hands.We also appreciate their grooming services and overnight kenneling. We love Barkefellers, and they love dogs!

“I love seeing all the girls at the front desk who know me by name and always give me snuggles! I enjoy seeing my friends in dogcare where we get to run around and even take a jump in the pool! Ms. Erin is the best teacher for my puppy classes and is very patient with me even when I may not want to do down (which is my least favorite command 😋)! Listen ya’ll, my standard poodle puppy,Mako, got into a sticker bush and had those things so tangled in his hair and stuck in his ears and around his mouth that I though he’d have go bald for awhile lol. Bu, yet again, Victoria made him look like the gorgeous poodle boy he is. Thank you! If you’re looking for a poodle groomer, she’s your girl!! See ya again soon.

Either the positive reviews are fake or nobody with a dog over 100lbs comes here. Was told midway through our 2 dogs week long stay that one of them would not be welcome their anymore because their “staff” are too weak to handle a 100lb dog…then they proceed to leave generic fake feedback in their report cards saying how great they are…if they were so great why aren’t they welcome back? If you can’t hire a staff capable of handling a bigger dog then that’s a YOU problem. It’s not the dogs fault.Would not recommend sending your dogs here if you have a larger breed. Overpriced and there’s a good chance your dog will break out of their cage due to incompetent staff.

I’ve taken my miniature poodle Minnie Pearl to the south location many times for boarding and grooming. They take good care of her and I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Carolina the groomer with my baby. Always a great experience and my Minnie Pearl loves all the staff.

They take GREAT care of your animals. They offer grooming, boarding and training for your dog. The trainers are great with your pets. They have webcams where you can check in while you're on vacation. They've always been great every time we've had to leave our dog there.

I've used their 4 week puppy training, dog grooming, and boarding services and have been nothing but impressed. Erin and Taylr were great trainers and our dog, Cooper, seems to enjoy going there.He's not a fan of other dogs, but the triple play is worth it when he's being boarded because they offer private play.Prices are very reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the facilities are clean. I wouldn't consider another place to board or take him.

Totally dissatisfied with customer service. We used this boarding place for the first time. Both our chocolate lab and yellow lab came home limping. We sent enough food for the whole stay, amazingly they gave us back half of it. Hmmmm. Also our chocolate was on a prescription and we asked them for the bottle. They lost it. Asked them to give both dogs a bath. No bath. We will find a place where they really care about our pets.

We take our dog (Bella) here regularly. We get her grooming services done and she goes to daycare here. The staff are so kind and attentive to our girl. She loves to go here and is ready to jump out of the car the moment she sees the building.Bella's paw once got a small abscess in her paw that we suspected happened from running around on the turf like a crazy dog. Barkefellers took care of the vet bill and we're so gracious with two worried pet parents.We recommend them to our friends and family any chance we get.

Picked my dogs up at Barkefellers South Indy July 18th. My dogs had been at Barkefellers for 1 week. Our lab had a prescription diet dog food so both our dogseat the same food. It appears that they must not have fed them our food. I usually have very little left when they come home after a week but this time only half of what I sent was used so this is merely an assumption but my lab has severe diarrhea which happens when she Is fed the wrong food. . This is not to mention the terrible experience I had when I called to see if the grooming was done. Or the30 minute wait to get my dogs while 10 to other people came and went after me. The sad part is I paid 900.00 dollars to be treated like this. My poor lab .Never again.Well it continues, I was given the owners name Cristy Coffee and number. I left a message 6.5 hours ago asking for a return call. Well no call back so far which ki d of falls in line with my experience. I'm getting ready to call the vet since my dog is still having issues which I a assume is from being fed dog food that is not prescribed and I provided.

With mine and my boyfriends unpredictable work schedules and our crazy high energy boy, daycare 3 or 4 days a week has been absolutely amazing! He can definitely be a lot to handle due to being a rescue and not having the best of training. I asked what I could do to help and They gladly took the time to gave a few pointers. Everyone is extremely professional and sweet, I seriously appreciate all the hard work they do!!

Our min pin always loves it here. We’ve used them for overnight boarding a ton. Every single person on staff is friendly and loving on all the dogs. Shout out to Hailey (sp?) who is always super helpful during the booking process making it easy.
