Brian Hahn is the owner of this company.He also runs the Midwest Reptile Expo.Why are cats being locked in coolers filled with dry ice at this location? Why am I hearing stories like this when I go about my business? For those who know and have dealt with Brian, this lines up with who he is as a person, so it’s sadly believable.

I can't believe I have been paying $5 a mouse for a couple years at the pet stores 🤦‍♂️. My son's Cornsnake named Tiger 😂 is now upgrading to the small winged rat. 20 for $25 and easy local pick up. They are super nice! Closed for lunch 12-1.

The mice are beautiful! Very clean and packaged so nicely with the tails tucked close! I am amazed and my cats LOVE these mice!

I purchased a hatchling rack at NARBC Reptile show at Tinley Park . Everyone was very helpful and friendly. One of the employees even helped load my rack into my truck. Unfortunately I broke a couple of the plastic connectors while strapping the load down. After I got home and noticed my mistake, I emailed ARS requesting to purchase replacement connectors. Not only did they immediately ship out the connectors, but they did it at no charge!

Just ordered a nice big ars 7030 reptile rack, to Canada. They were absolutely amazing at dealing with my 1000s of questions, and my multiple issues with with American to Canadian invoicing, as well as my inconsistent shipping preferences. Getting one of these here has alot of logistics surrounding it when being shipped, but they were patient and offered all the help I needed. My rack is currently on its way to me, and I couldn't more more excited to start building it tonight. Highly recommend any reptile / rodent breeder to work with this company!

I was actually there servicing one of their overhead doors that had a broken spring and from what I could tell, just from my observations, they seemed to have it all on the ball. Friendly staff, clean facility. I'm sure if I would have placed an order it would have been handled properly and swiftly. Giving them that 5th star.
