Very friendly staff. However I agree with the review about reading the chicken policy. We ordered 4 chickens and 1 rooster. We got 3 roosters and 2 chickens. They will not replace our roosters with chickens. And we have to take the 3 roosters back in. Now we get to fix their mistake and get two more chickens and another coop. Huge waste of money. And to top it off 1 of the 2 chickens that was left just died today. February 24th 2023. Thanks Megan for getting our order wrong and leading us into heartbreak.

First time ever coming here actually really rude service. I was just curious on how there business worked and how they approached a potential customer we have 20 bantams already and have built our own chicken coop and was there just to look around and see what they had that was new or would be good for our flock! Ended up leaving feeling unwelcome! Had a reservation for 8 chicks purchase coming to 100 dollars ! That will be canceled now ! Thanks to their horrible customer service! SMH

I loved the cat that lives here. I thought she was pregnant but was informed that she just likes to eat. Apparently she hangs out near Mamma Corolla’s patio in the summer and gets lots of little bites.

I’m not even sure if this business is open I call no answer. Nothing really tells me any day but if it is, I’m sure it’s great.

Great little store to get my chicky supplies. I'd rather pay them m hard earned money than a large corperation like TSC!Some things much cheaper than TSC and some things you can't get at TSC. I'm going back for more supplies (& chicks =-) again!!The help is friendly and helpful. Cute little store! This is 2 years later. Still getting baby chicks there and supplies. After the junk about TSC food Produccers Pride (made by Purina) causing flocks to stop laying, I refuse to buy anything Purina! And the foods that agrarian sell are from feed/grain mills that are in Indiana. They have expensive organic, non GMO foods but they also have more reasonably priced food.Still a great little store with many things at great prices.

The place to go if you're an urban farmer or are interested in becoming one. Great selection of everything chicken related as well as beekeeping. Cook books, local artisanal gifts, classes and workshops. Every staff member is kind, knowledgeable, and just fun to be around. Love the store and visit as often as I need to. Sometimes more. Easy access from the Monon, a few parking spaces, manageable business hours.

Definitely read the chick policy!! I bought 3 chicks Wednesday got them home the other two were fine in fact perfect running around be curious. My husband kept mentioning one was acting strange not much movement at all. Today is Friday at 5:59 & my husband finds that very chick dead. I assumed for being a mom & pop store they would or could fix the matter. For the price of the chick I hoping just to replace it. Not to mention I had to haul butt to get to the store Wednesday in 5'clock traffic accross town! The store was quaint & cute but the hours plus this incident I'd say isn't worth the hassle or hiked up pricing! Definitely disappointed 😔

This place is so cool and I feel like more people should go check it out. They have all this Urban farming stuff but it's not just for people who have bees or chickens, it's also got other things. They have seeds, bat boxes, soaps from goat milk, jewlrey, local coffee, ect. It's a good place for a unique gift for either a hipster or an urban farmer. I have chickens and get my feed there. They have a chicken treat bar where you can mix different grains which I love. They also have chicks for sale, not just the regular breeds, different breeds too. The staff's always really nice and they always help me carry all the stuff I get to my truck. I think the prices are reasonable too, I was expecting it to be a lot more than going to tractor supply for instance but it's really not.

I purchased an olive egger and an easter egger chick from here and unfortunately my olive egger didn’t make it. I called to see if they could do anything about it and because of the very short amount of time that I’d had it, they offered their sympathies and happily replaced it. I was really impressed with the service, their knowledge, and thankful that they vaccinate for Marek’s disease. So many fun and interesting breeds and it’s nice to see which one’s they will have in advance, especially if you choose to make a reservation. Couldn’t be more satisfied with this place!

I got my first backyard flock of chickens here about 9 months ago and they have been incredibly helpful every step of the way. Great products and even better customer service! This is what local business should look like!

We have already bought our chicks from here and have yet to have any issues or sicknesses. Everyone is so nice and willing to help. Prices are a little high but I think that comes with the neighborhood.

I’ve had my chickens in the coop for about eight years now and I love them but most especially I love your care this business put in to the product if they sell after the sale

This was my first time there and purchased 2 Brahmas didn't even have them 24 hours and one of them isn't going to make it apparently they've had issues with that breed and didn't inform me before I purchased them now I'm stuck with hoping this chick makes it I feel they should make it right but didn't offer to

We’ve been coming here since they opened. New location is much better. A little pricier than I hoped for but they have everything you need for chickens and other miscellaneous stuff.
