Was good to see some of the same faces after the switch to TSC. Stacy and Kathy always good for recommendations on products and light small talk. Parking lot hopefully will get some attention main drain falling in and large water pools at main entrance,safety issues left over from the change of brands? I like the outside pick-up on large items.5-24 update. Repairs outside have been made,good deal!

Online ordering system is inaccurate and when you are inconvenienced by their system, they cannot accommodate you in any way. The management there could not care less about customers. Wouldn't set foot back in that location if they had the one thing one earth I needed to keep me alive.

Rudest staff. If they stop socializing to help you, they will let you know how much they inconvenienced you. I will just drive the extra 30 minutes to Wabash for my needs.

A good place to go for your small farm supplies needs. I tell you all what. If I had the land and money I could for the most part build a farm from these guys or at least a good homestead.

Prices are a little higher than at bigger stores, and most of the pine shavings bags had lots of water in them, so we had to search for a dry bag for our chicks. We are glad to have them available in Huntington though!

Went farm clothes shopping with the wife. She's petite and there was mostly large and xl sized clothes. Womens boot selection was VERY limited. Not a bad experience just not "all in one". We'll hit the competition to.orrow for better sizes and selections.

This is a really nice store! They have alot of cool stuff! As well as alot of stuff you would need for home repair as well as barn repairs.

The store was fine, they had unique products I could not find elsewhere, albeit they were overpriced... However I was here during Covid and I am absolutely disgusted that *not a single* employee was wearing a mask... Some had one around their neck but were not wearing them. Really?! That's completely unacceptable during Covid, shows you how much they care about keeping customers safe. I absolutely will not be going back because of employees not wearing masks!

For pet food it's ok but the rest not vary good like the bolts welding plumbing vary poor selection I guess for the vary vary basic stuff it will do but for a farm store it makes me sad stuff sits there so long cuz it stuff no one wants or so over priced that is covered in dust it sad that with gas prices I'll still have to drive to fort wayne for stuff I should be able to get here

Called the store, whoever was working picked up the phone and hung it right back up didn’t even try and speak with me. Called again and she said “how can I help you” in a tone like she was annoyed with me. I am a minor looking for a job an honestly even if I could work there I wouldn’t now.

The parking lot made it look as if the store was closed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was not disappointed in my purchase. I got exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Good quality items.

NEVER LEAVE HORSE PINE BEDDING OUTSIDE. We grabbed a bag before to find out after it was taken all the way home that part of the contents were SOGGY. The proof o purchase was gone, and we did not have the time or money to bring it all the way back!

The store is clean and organized. However, in my previous experiences the staff have not been as friendly or helpful as I had expected. They do have a good selection of products for taking care of animals.

Don't get me wrong a great place for farming equipment and more, but the choices they make as individuals & people whom represent the store like to choose whom they want there & whom they don't want there & if they don't want you there they call the police & 🤔 don't tell you why or what just get out & don't come back you're not welcome here no more🤫

Moved to Huntington a few months ago and was pleasantly surprised to find a good feed store to pick up some kibble for our pooches. I just went in for the dog food, but I browsed a round and know I will be going back for various items in the future.Glad I don't have to make a special trip to Fort Wayne!

The associate Jane was a little bit smart mouthed and grouchy.The store was ok...like a miniature Big R Store....which is only a few more minutes down the road with better prices and friendlier staff.

Worst customer service ever I went in to get deworming medicine for my dog and they got tags where the medicine is and you gotta ask for help to get the medicine and I asked for help twice and was ignored and the clerk was having a personal conversation with another clerk and finally after the 3rd time asking she said I'll be right with you and again was ignored finally left they wasn't busy at all and the part that sucks is they have the same medicine at Walmart cheaper and it's not all locked up and you don't gotta deal with a rude clerk to get it
