Overall a good place to shop. My only complaint is that they never have enough checkout lanes open. Why make do they make so difficult to checkout and PAY for your groceries.

Just stopped in for cut up fresh pineapple 🍍. I love that it is just inside the door. And of course while I am there, I pick up a few other 'spur of the moment ' items. Always a nice treat to see Assistant manager Pat Kohne!

I received a Kroger gift card. I went to the Web site on the back of the card. The site is for sale. I called the # on the back of the card, they just tried to get me to register for a voucher. I called customer service and after asking me about my problem I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I tried live chat and that idiot told me to call the number on the back of the card. I had just explained how effective that was. I hate Walmart, but at least I know what I'm getting into there

The kid who bags groceries Ashton or Austin or whatever his name is is one of the rudest most unfriendly people I have ever ran into this kid needs to find a job where he is not around people pay to go to the checkout where he is bagging groceries absolutely rude always on his cell phone

Fresh produce please!!!! Keep finding mold, outdated and not so fresh produce. Maybe your store manager could get advice from Aldi's manager on how to acquire fresh produce!!!

Special shout-out to all of the wonderful employees at the Huntington Kroger. I could not locate my phone and almost everyone kicked it into high gear to help me! It was amazing! So, many thanks to all who stopped what they were doing to look for it, give advice how to find it, help with what to do if it was found later, notify other employees and departments, and even go outside with me to see if it was out there! Unbeknownst to all involved, it had slipped out of my jacket pocket as I was getting into my seat after shopping and had fallen under the seat on vibrate!

11/7/2022: I would give this store negative stars, but I can’t. On 3 occasions they have sold me food that was expired over 6 months (photo included for proof).When I call to talk to the store manager there is absolutely no concern, urgency, remorse, or empathy. In fact I was treated like I was an inconvience. The store manager was rude and not at all worried that they sold me expired food for the 3rd time. He repeatedly said “I don’t know what you want me to do about it”.DO BETTER KROGER

3 times i have bought the same kroger product 3 times the price on the shelf does not match what you pay it is 20cents higher nobody at customer service desk or at krogercorp seems to care check your bar codes before you buy at kroger

Store was nice and well stocked but the employee that waited on me was disgusting. Her mask was nasty looking and so was her apron. They both did not look like they had been washed for months. I was shocked to see such a thing. Since cleanliness is important now days.

Sunday Oct 4, 2020Can't say enough good things about the awesome experience I had this morning at the Huntington, IN Kroger (Owens). I went online last night and ordered almost $400 worth of groceries, completely restocking for the next few weeks. I didn't know it would be pouring rain when I went to pick them up curbside. The two young men who loaded my groceries were kind and patient. They made sure my eggs, bread, and potato chips were placed gently and securely on top of all the heavier items, even though it was cold and they were getting soaked. They asked if there was anything else they could do for me and politely refused when I offered to tip, saying it's against store policy. I thanked them for loading such a huge order in the rain. One shook his head, smiled, and said, "It's ok. We know what we're getting into." I would have asked their names, but I didn't want to keep them out in the rain any longer. Those gentlemen deserve recognition.

Cashier and bagging young man were very friendly and polite. Great experience, even the bagging young man in the isle beside was joking around with us. This did not interfere with there job task they kept working while were were joking around about the football game that was playing today. Great people Thank you

Ok tell we got ready to check out. The checker was great but the bagger was not the best at all. To much self in the bags to heavy and only one bag for all of the self. Never had him before and hope never have to have him again. Ask him to put two bags or double them up and his relp was WHY. Because l ask you to please he rolled his eyes and never did. It was hard for me and my sister to load and unload them we are both disabled and over 70yrs old. I have cancer ovarian stage 4. She walks with a cane. I use a electric cart. It is hard for both of us. Most part the people are nice but today this guy needed to go home and learn his matters .

I found the Best time to go in is lateweekday morning or earl Sunday.Very helpful staff. Parking close a issue at times. Take advantage of the points system when getting fuel at east side of the lot.

I love Kroger! They beat Walmart in many different aspects. Their produce is so much fresher, their employees so much nicer, their store is more organized, and their brand (v.s. Great Value) is so much better. The deli/bakery has a huge variety of goodies, snacks, and food. They also have pet food, home decor, medicines, bathroom items, a pharmacy, and several u-scan systems. Kroger is just always excellent!

Its a Kroger so exactly what you would expect. Relatively clean, was not overcrowded when I was there, and staff were generally friendly. Restrooms were clean. Everything seemed to be stocked and in order. The sushi is surprisingly good.But hey it's a Kroger!

The new store layout is not pleasing. Aisles are too close and arrangement of items has been optimized for strolling and searching. While I understand the reasoning, it creates more spur of the moment buying, it does not bode well for quick trips. I am utilizing Aldi's more often now due to the re arrangement.

Found what I needed but they are NOT enforcing the mask mandate. Only 2/3 of the shoppers were unselfish and supporting community health. There was only one checkout lane open at 6pm and the self check person was also staffing the customer service desk.

Loved it! They have such awesome bakery items, meat's, and so many excellent brands, and deals. Bought the best apple pie i've ever tasted here! Alway' s a good shopping trip at Kroger in Huntington, INDIANA. It's worth the trip to get the best groceries, and much more. Awesome Store with a lot of money saving deals.

I love this Kroger. I live exactly 14 minutes from 3 different Krogers and this one has the best options for my family. I have 6 kids, and we have several food allergies in our home. This Kroger has lots of gluten free dairy free options the other Krogers don't have. On top of that when the others are out of oat milk, these guy have it. The others are always out of JUST EGGS brand of fake eggs, and this Kroger always is well stocked. WE LOVE THIS KROGER.

The staff here is always helping me and mom because we shop for 5 different families at a time and it gets crazy with all the karts we fill up. They do it with a smile and treat us with respect.

If the store closes at 10:00pm then the doors should not be locked until then. I arrived just 5 minutes prior to closing and would have been in and out with my purchase by closing guess Walmart gets my last minute purchase tonight instead.
