I've been a pet parent with these folks for the last 18 years, and we have always been treated like family. The building is always clean, and my animals have always been treated well, and procedures have been done in their best interest. I couldn't ask for a better facility for my animals.

Love being my pups here! They do not up-charge you like a lot of vets do and the docs and stuff are a the BEST! #1 vet most definitely and for many reasons.

Wanted to get the paperwork so that my cats could come with me as I was moving abroad. The vet tried to say that he worked 60 hours on just filling out paper and sending it to get accepted, and he ended up charging us $830 for paperwork. Ridiculous, don't go here unless you want to give your money to money-hungry people who don't care about your pets.

Very friendly staff and pricing is reasonable. Dr. Spencer saw our Shih Tzu and was very caring and informative. This was our first visit with our new pup, but we had been there just a few times with our previous dog quite a few years ago. We will definitely go back.

Have always taken good care of our babies. They treat them as if they are our children. Just the way we expect.With some of the complicated diagnosis they take the time to explain treatment options. If you care about your pets they are the place to go.

Changed vets and was very HAPPY. The vet was excellent and the staff were warm and friendly..even Mr. Kitty was at ease. The prices were great and they didn't try to talk you into unnecessarily procedures. Old time care and love for you precious furry buddies. I'm a happy mom!!! 5 stars!!

Worst customer service ever. Website is not up to date. Wanted to bring my arthritic dog in for Adequan injections and was told they cant do that. Very rudly would not explain why. Was excited to establish a pet/ vet relationship but i wouldnt bring my pet rock to them. The concept is to make one feel like they want you to care for their pet. I definitely did not get that feeling.

About a month ago my grandmother brought her dog to this clinic , who IS INDEED a current client/customer to this vet… She calls for an appointment for her dog and they tell her that they don’t have her in the system. My grandmother explains that something is wrong with their system then, because she is already connected with a vet at this exact clinic. They tell her no, they have no record of her and that they aren’t open for new clients either. I HATE this place. Go somewhere else. I’ve never had a pleasant experience and neither have my family members.Terrible experience! The actual Veterinarian was very personable and nice but the rest of the staff were rude over the phone and in person! If they are going to speak rudely to me in person and over the phone, how should I expect them to treat my dog. Also, they would schedule appointments for my dog without asking if the date and time would work for me. If I could leave this rating starless, I would. Save your money and go elsewhere, there are far better clinics than this place.

Took my kitten to get her front claws removed was quoted very incorrectly. They did not inform me until AFTER the surgery was completely. Then treated her for fleas without telling me before. Then when i got the new total of $170 refused to let me do a pay plan even though they clearly state pay plans are an option. Very unhappy. Poor communication. Will not be returning.

We have personally always had great service. They have seen both our cats and dogs. They often try to give a round about cost of services but a final amount isn't given until services are complete. All of our animals have been treated with respect and care.

I always have a great experience at this clinic. The staff are really caring and kind. My cat was sick recently and they got me in for an appointment very quickly. Dr. Speicher really impressed me with the way he took time to explain my pet's condition and how to treat her.I also feel their prices are reasonable and they list everything they do in an itemized receipt so you can see what you are paying for. I would highly recommend Huntington Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for a quality veterinarian to care for their pets.

I love this place. I have 5 fur babies and it is so hard for me to find a vet that cares for animals as much as I do. The staff is always super helpful, patient, and so nice. One of my dogs gets nervous easily and this place doesn’t seem to be too hard on her since they do such a good job at getting them into a room fast.

Our dog can be a handful but they are always patient and understanding with polite services. Mya's needs are always met, we love the staff so there's no need to go anywhere else. Prices are great and medications available right there for a low fee without the hassle of going to a pharmacy

So glad we found this vet! They have been amazing with both of our cat and dog. We drive 45 minutes one way to get to this vet. Its absolutley worth it! We have used other vets near us for years and their pricing is more than double what Huntington charges! I have read the negative reviews on hear and can tell you they are either reviewing the wrong vet or are impossible to please. The people that work here are very kind and they always call you back! It is hard to find businesses like this that appreciate and care about their customers. It is true that businesses give discounts or some form of payment for leaving reviews as a thank you for taking the time to review them. There is nothing wrong with showing appreciation for your customers time. If your going to leave a negative review make sure you fully explain the situation that upset you. I was not paid for this review I just hate seeing negative reviews about good businesses with no real content or explanation.

For the last 10 years we have taken our pets here. From the first check up to their final appointment, the doctors and staff have always been wonderful. Before finding HVH we had tried a few other vet offices and these guys are by far the best. The facilities are clean and kept up and the staff is compassionate and takes their time in appointments.Dr Scheiber was always extra gentle and kind with my anxious dog. He would explain everything to me clearly, give me multiple options and advice for any issues, and take the time to answer all of my questions. I believe he genuinely cared about my pup's well being and wanted what was best for her.Mary and Sue answered my many phone calls of questions and concerns, and never made me feel like I was a bother (maybe I was an anxious pet parent too). We had different vet tech's through the years but they were always patient and kind with our pets.In a decade of appointments I never had a bad experience here. We moved to Ft Wayne this year but I will still bring my future pets here. They genuinely care for my pets as if they were their own.

Do not go here. I called to make an appointment to get my dog fixed who is over 6 months. The receptionist was very rude. She said “I have never heard of a dog going into heat that early that is SO weird.” She was not friendly at all she made a lot of other comments like that and made me feel like I was such a bother to call her. I definitely will never recommend them.if the customer service is terrible, it makes me question how they would treat my dog.
