Dr. Haney and her staff have been nothing but kind and resourceful during our multiple vet visits for our husky! About a month ago, our poor baby cracked her tooth and it needed to be removed. We were so nervous about her having a tooth removed, but it was the easiest process ever. They took such great care of her and she is completely healed with no issues following her surgery. It was truly a breeze and we are so thankful. Thank you to everyone at Healthier Pet!

They where friendly, but they cut my dog's quick and it happens so I was fine until they did not tell me and lied that they cut it.

My cat was scheduled for a teeth cleaning and for xrays to see if she needed any teeth pulled. I filled out paperwork saying I would like to be called if they feel like she would need any pulled before they actually did it. Instead, they just decided to pull teeth without my consent and I only found out when they told me to pick her up. This was not what the appointment was for. It was only to see IF she needed something pulled at a later date. I would have obviously considered their opinion when deciding what to move forward with, but in the end she is my cat and I should be the one to decide what is best. When you take your car to the shop, the mechanic calls before they move forward with fixing it. Yet somehow we are less considerate with our living pets? The vet tech said "it would take too much time to ask me" even though it would have literally taken 2 minutes and told me they would when I dropped her off. Ultimately, they performed a procedure without my consent and brushed it off as if my pet and her wellbeing was nothing and not worth an extra 2 minutes.

Dr. Haney and staff are very compassionate people. I took my two big dogs (German shepherd dogs) at the same time for an afternoon appointment. When we walked in, they do have a couple of cats that casually walk the clinic, my dogs sat patiently. We were taken back to an exam room shortly after arriving. My dogs absolutely love Dr. Haney and so do I. Knowing that your dog is comfortable with someone is something is a must for me. She is also very caring for her patients parents also. She has my trust with my precious fur babies

10/10 recommend!! Dr Haney is super friend and all of the staff are super understanding and gentle with both of my babies!! My Pit/Lab is a very skiddish and nervous doggo and they were able to treat her and give her vaccines and trim her nails with no issues and they absolutely adored her and the whole wellness check was only $150! Then, my Husky hurt her foot pretty good and they got her in as soon as they could and they took great care of her! not even 25 hours later and my baby was feeling better and that visit was only $110!! they are great!! If you’re looking for a fair priced, friendly vet; this is the place!!💗

Happened to go here because they took the low cost spay coupon I had and was so impressed we switched to using Healthier Pet for all our animals. I have had a lot of spayed cats in my life, and this is honestly the best experience I've had. The cat who was spayed bounced back within hours and the incision left almost no scar, it was so well done. They were thorough and fair, explaining everything at all the visits we've had so far and helped us make solid decisions for the animals that didn't break our budget. At our last visit, Dr. Haney gave us advice on a cat not even at the appointment, including a generous sample of prescription food to try and incredibly knowledgeable, detailed answers about that cat and the ones we had at the appointment. Very clean facility, friendly and competent tech and reception staff. They even list all the names of the pets who have appointments that day on a big white board in the lobby, which was a welcoming and fun small touch that made us feel like they were prepared and ready to go!

My kitty was just diagnosed with an autoimmune disease & had to spend 4 days at the clinic while trying to control the symptoms & get her back on a healthy track. While this time is scary & confusing, everyone at Healthier Pet has been amazing! Dr. Haney even came in this morning, while the office was closed for the holiday, to take care of Skout & arrange for me to be able to pick her up since she was feeling better. She thoroughly explained the disease, the medications, and answered every question I had. I also recently had a different kitty of mine suddenly pass away with no explanation & they were all incredibly kind & understanding when it came to that experience as well. I can't express my gratitude enough for the entire team.

Dr. Haney is a great vet and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We recently had to euthanize a beloved pet. The staff treated us with great care. Dr. Haney was compassionate throughout the procedure and seemed to truly understand the heart break we were experiencing. We are very thankful for her kindness towards us.

Today was our first visit after switching vets due to bad experience and no results from our previous vet. They squeezed us in quickly. Kind, compassionate, thorough. She took the time to fully explain everything and answer ALL of my questions. She even let my concerned 5 yr old listen to our kitties heartbeat. I am beyond impressed, and would highly recommend trusting your fur babies in their care.

The techs and vet are all very polite and helpful. They love on our dogs when we are there and seem very knowledgeable. They do have a long wait time for appointments, unfortunately, but that’s becoming the norm.

They are super nice but I feel like they don't really care if ur pet is getting better or not.. I took my dog there when her problem first started the Dr didn't listen to what I was telling her!! She would talk over me ..I would ask questions and not 1 was answered..I won't take her back ..she is way worse nothing is improving even though I was told it was..

Be aware that some of the reviewers of this business have probably never been here. Some of the reviewers "review" all types businesses all across the United States, and you know that they couldn't have possibly been to them all. If you have ever visited Healthier Pet, you know that it is one of the most thorough and most compassionate places to take your animals. You won't want to take your pet anywhere else. They go the second mile to help you and take care of your pet. Five star all the way!!

I've gone to this vet since getting my very first pet 2+ years ago. I adore this vets office. They have wonderful staff, vet Jennifer Haney is the absolute sweetest with the pets, and at my 2nd dogs last vet appointment he didnt correctly let is know he had to go potty while we were waiting to be seen and so he dribbled pee on the floor they weren't upset at all and just mopped it up right awa . I was so embarrassed but they handled it perfectly. I absolutely love this vets office and it's only maybe 5 minutes tops from my home.

I purchase CBD drops here for my 2 senior Chow Chows. Online purchasing is easy and delivery quick...they deliver to Toronto in a day. And they follow up a week later to make sure everything is ok in case you have questions. Totally recommend!
