I contacted Big Lots to ask why they didn't provide electronic carts for elderly and disabled people when the Huntington Indiana store has plenty of room for them. I basically was told to shop else where. I will not spend another dime in a store that blatantly discriminates against the disabled and elderly. Their attitudes about people with mobility issues is discussing.

Not a fan at all! Purchased a Sealy King Mattress and Box Springs on May 27, 2023.... That was only 5 months ago. We have been in the store approx 5 times in the past month trying to get help with the issue we have, which is dipping on both sides from our sleeping on it, which also creates a hump in the middle. We were talked into purchasing an additional warranty from Allstate. We have been told that we have the store warranty for the first year. We have tried to get it replaced... so we called Allstate which starts on the 2nd year! Our salesperson was Stephanie who confirmed positive results with either. Allstate advised it goes thru Big Lots.until 2nd year. This has been a nightmare! My husband is 76 with some health issues. NO one has been kind or helpful! Allstate was professional as they did say if we could not get results from Big Lots they would handle it.We tried again on Monday 10/16th..we were told by the manager in furniture that she would need 2 days to get a new mattress for us as the did not have any in the store! Tomorrow will be 7 days and not word from her! I think maybe Sealy needs to know they are short on mattresses!!!! We have never had anything remotely resembling this treatment!! We paid for the mattress/box springs, no credit card, etc. Sorry to ramble but this is unacceptable!!!!

Nice reset of store. I found furniture is boring in color, but some is very comfortable. Prices were higher than Walmart, but all in all. I enjoyed my visit to Big Lots.

My opinion from experience is that the staff are knot around nor helpfull i had a problem with a coupon on my email from being a rewards member for some reason it wasnt scanning the cashier could care less knot knowing the coupon is what brought me in ! If i wouldnt have pressed the issue she couldve cared less , good store just poor staff

This Big Lots has started a remodel and it's starting to look really nice. I have always thought that this store has had a dirty feeling to it. Not the products. Just the store itself. I understand that it's a building problem probably more than a store problem. The new changes seem to also include some different home items that I normally wouldn't see at this store but might see in Fort Wayne or Indianapolis. I think the rearranging the isles to the new lay out will be very beneficial.

So much better then Wally. Easy parking. Shopping center is growing again! Unique items , lots of furniture. Which Wally doesn't carry. Patio furniture, food, bulk items, clothes, fitness equipment, better prices, friendly staff and no anxiety. 👌😁

I bought over $900 in furniture. And I was supposed to get $10 per hundred in a coupon. Which I did on my phone on my email. There it said check restrictions there was nothing you know abnormal about the restrictions other than you had to spend it all at once and once you buy it you couldn't bring it back and exchange it or anything. But I checked the paper the ad paper that it was in and it wasn't there when I say it wasn't there I'll tell you in a minute what that was cuz and it wasn't on my phone when I went in to look at the restrictions. But what it was I kept getting it and the girl Tanya and Carol at the front were just excellent they get a five star but Big lots get a big big thumbs down. Come to find out after she called couple different managers. That in order to get my $90 after I already spent $900. I had to spend 20% of what I spent before before I could get my $90 so in other words I had to spend $200 in order to get $90. There was no restrictions of any kind in the ad or on the restrictions that they sent me on my email. This is false advertising this is trying to lure you into the store to spend money. I didn't have another $200 to spend after just buying furniture for $960. And deliver you like that to tell you you're going to get $10 for every 100 you spend and and then to find out you have to spend $200 that's been 20% of what you got so $963 I had to spend $200 they said to get my $90.Their coupons are worthless and I hope you spread this to everybody you know. Go to Ashley furniture instead of Big lots to buy furniture or anything else. Go somewhere else I want a boycott them. And I'm not through yet I'm going on Facebook too.I'm very thankful for Tawny and Carol because they stayed at it for 2 hours almost trying to get it figured out so I could get my stuff. They both get fives Big lots gets -5. And that and I had to end up buying it what I wanted I should have just walked out and forgot it but I didn't. So when you get a coupon beware.

I love big lots, this time I was A little disappointed in lack of items, I understand the shortages happening all over the place but it still sucks, not necessarily your guys fault. Still had everything else I was looking for at some good prices!!

Love this store. The staff is friendly and they have a wide variety of items. The furniture is good quality and looks beautiful. Right now they have a great selection of Christmas items. There is something at this store for everyone on your gift list.

I have to say that I came to Big Lots looking for the new fall decor and not expecting to see much of anything. I was shocked. They had a lot on display. I watch u-tube and some of the walk throughs they have done, and this Big Lot location had more out than what I had been seeing. WAY TO GO BIG LOTS HUNTINGTON, INDIANA!!

What can I say ...I love big lots ...just need to make sure the store is nicely stocked and I'd give you 10 stars if it were possible. We were in tonight and the shelves were decent after black Friday but there was still alot gone and no employees working to restock the shelves

The lady working when I went helped me look for some type of eyedroppwe to feed very young abandoned kittens. When we couldn't find anything she went and found something in her purse. How kind she was. I wish I remembered her name. But I'll never forget her kindness.

I hadn't shopped at Big Lots for quite awhile. Went to look at area rugs and bought 3! Also loved the Broyhill and Lane furniture made in the USA 🇺🇸 ended up buying a sofa, loveseat, and chair. Also picked up Christmas pj's, and gifts for family, friends and home Christmas decor for the whole house 🏠 ❤ 🎅🦌🤶🍪🍪

Used to like this store till this new guy who works there was unecessarily rude to me when I was more then 6 ft apart from customers he wouldn't stop yapping with so i proceeded to put my stuff up on counter to save some time cause I'd been standing there for an eternity while he chatted! I didn't even see sign & he said mam you need to stand behind the sign very abruptly I dang near left my cart & all & left the store! I had a mask on & was almost 10 ft apart from these people! It was totally uncalled for!

Such a great selection. Used to be. Now they have nothing in stock and the ppl working there act like it's a bother to wait on anyone. Only a couple employees actually speak to shoppers.

One of the cleanest Big Lots stores I've ever shopped. The grocery section is well maintained. The furniture takes up a large portion of the store, but it is laid out pretty well and easy to shop.

Great Big Lots here. Spacious store with lots of room, clean and great selection. I bought some furniture that was surprisingly affordable for name brand pieces. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
