I found this to be an excellent experience. Easier than going to Kroger or Walmart. I haven't found too many products I haven't liked.Great big large aisles, clearly marked with the type of products offered. Everything was very clear and the priced.

The cashier Marie was very rude towards me. All I did was grab the receipt from the printer after she read the amount due it was a simple transaction. 4 items was all I got and she just had to make change for a twenty. She got rude after u grabbed the receipt and I apologized because I didn't know that causes their printer to jam. I was just trying to make her job a little easier and apparently that makes me the problem in the world. She told me to just let them do their job and then handed me my change. Not sure why she was so hostile but it really kind of hurt I'm never anything but nice to the workers in aldis. This review is for Marie only the rest of the workers are always pleasant and make conversation but not her. Huntington IN location.

I usually purchase milk up to sometimes 20 gallons. Today when I went to this Aldi store. Cashier asked me to put all of the gallons on the belt, when I said one of each kind and I will pull the cart right in front of you then you can check the total count but she refused. When asked for manager then assistant manager Marie showed up and she was rude and told us that take it or leave it, that is our store policy. When I said that I go to different Aldi stores in Fort Wayne area 2-3 times a week, not any store asks me to put everything on the belt,they just ask for one of each kind and count the gallons in my shopping cart. Marie attitude was unprofessional and rude in front of other customers. I thought Aldis corporate makes rules,not one individual manager of the store. I will not be shopping at this store again due to rude and unprofessional behavior from Aldi employees

Aldi updated the store a year ago or so. They did a great job. It's organized and clean. Best of all is the price. We have had good luck with the Aldi brand foods however some things I will not buy generic. For those items, the price is comparable.Overall it's a good store, we shop there often, and recommend it to friends and family.

Aldi's is my favorite store! The quality is amazing, the staff are always helpful, and it's always an adventure. I love going in for produce and coffee, and coming out with that plus clothes for my grandson, a camp chair, a shop vac, and cheese cake.

Excellent selection, store was very clean but the older lady and gentlemen were very unfriendly and unhelpful. Maybe do better in training in customer service. Also seeing in below post about said older lady being rude, I probably won't be back. I'll spend extra somewhere not to have a bad day over a bad experience.

A older female employee try to intimidate an autistic child into being quiet by being RUDE. I told her she should get a different job then and she looked shocked?! Talked to a woman manager who DID NOT CARE at all. Terrible service. Dont work around people if you can't handle PEOPLE.

I have been an Aldi shopper for a couple decades now. Always good deals. Easy in and out. The quarter deposit for the cart means the parking lot stays tidy, something I appreciate. There may not be more than a couple employees working at any given time, but they always treat me well. The selection is good and getting better all the time. There are only a couple products that I find of lesser quality than the name brands and quite a few I find much better. So glad to see a wider selection of organic and their "Never Any" brand. And I really like seeing their one shot deals. The only complaint I have is that sometimes a product I like disappears to never return: Italian marinated mushrooms and dry milk powder.

Very small Aldi and they don't have a very consistent or big selection of frozen foods. Lots of fresh meat and good produce, though! Being a poor college student makes it hard for me to shop here for more than a few things just because of the limited selection and limited hours.

Aldi's was awesome as usual. I always find the most unique treats. Duck breast and mussles and oysters and unusual sweet treats. And the wine is so much better than what you see in other stores! And they NEVER ran out of toilet paper!

I would have to give it a 9 out of 10 there is one lady and their name Marie If the rest of the people were like Marie the store would be great but there are some people there that feel that my service dog shouldn't be allowed in the store and that you're there to work and work only not Communicate with the customers customers are your Pay check people But if all people were like Marie I would shop there all lot more often

Great prices! I drive about 40 minutes just to do my grocery shopping. Very clean and great customer service. Yes, you have to bag your own items but the price makes it worth it!

They told us we can't shop for our Church food pantry unless we call ahead and order. I only took 1 case of everything I bought and left plenty on the shelf. The only item I took that had none left was scalloped potatoes because there was only 10 boxes on the shelf. Then the cashier got snippy about how I unloaded the cars. From now on I go to the Marion store because they see always helpful and ask what th hey can do to help when they find out we are shopping for our pantry.

I love starting my shopping day at Aldi. They may not have everything, but they carry really good quality. I was surprised that they had sushi grade fish in the freezer section - it was really good!
