They were extremely patient and courteous. Went it for a repair on my moccasin toe boots. The stitching had opened up. The repair look great! Blends in seamlessly with the rest of the stitching and has held up very well for all the walking I have done in them since.

Staff helped me pick out a perfect pair of hiking shoes and even ordered multiple sizes in so I could try both to see what fit bests.Picked up a belt which they cut on the spot.Had them repair an old belt of mine and they were also able to punch some holes in our service dog's vest for a better fit.Overall excellent service and great quality of shoes, boots, and belts.

If your boots are killing you go here! The boot doctor saved my life. So happy to be reunited with my favorite pair. He did an excellent job trimming back some excess leather the factory forgot to trim away before stitching the seams. Very reasonable prices. Great customer service.
