Friendly staff didn't have to wait long to be seen. We brought new puppies for dew claw removal. The tech checked out Mommy's ear and found an ear infection. I am thankful for that so she could be treated for it. A bit pricey but worth every penny when it comes to our fur babies.

Was traveling through the state and our dog became sick and called the office and had an appointment within an hour. Unfortunately we had to put him to sleep. The Vet and the office staff was amazing from the first phone call and throughout the whole process. I have never seen a nicer Vet and staff and very considerate. Thank you so much

They were there when I needed someone to check the problem with my cat. I had tried 2 other vets office,and was told they weren't taking new patients. I had used them before, so I was very happy when Dubois County said they would see her. They were kind and very dedicated in helping our cat. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Felt like they were old friends.

I don't recommend taking your beloved pets to this place at all. Just don't.We have taken two animals or far to their care and they both died right after.I feel all they want is your money, thats all they care about. I don't trust them anymore. I feel that they killed both the cats we took in.I don't trust them when they take them back away from you being able to see anything...

If you're questioning where to take your pet in the slightest bit look no farther. I grew up here but have since moved to California and while home my little Yorkie got sick. I called other vets all over the area and they were either not willing to get me in for such a long time or were just not very friendly. I wish I would have called here first because I definitely found the best. The staff, especially Kathy whom I spoke to most was so helpful and caring. I never had a wait to see the vet and you could really tell Dr. Naylor and all the staff care so much about your animals. I ended up having to leave my little girl for two days for IV fluids but they checked on her after hours and even sent me pictures of her and messaged me regularly to calm my nerves of being without her. The prices are extremely reasonable, the care we received was excellent and the doctor and staff are top notch. Look no further if you're wondering where to take your baby.

Took my dog there she was weak could barely walk, couldn’t eat and had a spinal problem. Ppl there gave us food and medicine even tho she wouldn’t eat a thing wanted to do an X-ray on Friday turned out they don’t do X-rays on fridays told us to wait till Monday then she died before

Took my dog here because of an emergency and my regular vet was unavailable. I cant say enough about Dr Naylor and her staff. Not only are they professional, but they act like they truly care for their patients. It made me realize what poor vet care I had been receiving. So now all my dogs will go here.

About a year ago, we took our cat in because he was drooling, sneezing, not eating & breathing hard. She had the nerve to blame it on a new cleaner I was using, saying he had a cut in his nose that got infected by it, shaking her head at me like I purposely hurt him! When I asked her why ALL of my other cats were starting to feel sick too with the SAME symptoms, she basically shrugged her shoulders and told me to bring them in - for an office call EACH. After a couple of days, they were all as sick as he was, so went to another vet, and learned they were all violently sick with a virus...and, unfortunately, we even lost our oldest to it. If I hadn't gotten a second opinion & gotten antibiotics for ALL of my cats in one visit at the new vet, we might have lost our whole fur family at the hands of this "hospital". A year later, they're all healthy & happy thanks to our new family vet. I will never, ever forgive this place for the inaccurate, insensitive, & deadly diagnosis of the loves of my life.

This vet clinic is awesome! They are knowledgeable, compassionate, gentle with the animals and the staff is always patient & friendly. I seriously wouldn't take my pets anywhere else even if it was free! I always feel confident knowing they will do the best by my pets =)

I Waited a very long time to be seen by the vet. When my German Shepherd and I finally got to see the vet she was very rude and treated me like I was stupid. It was very impersonal and that is NOT what I want for my animals. I will not be going there anymore.
