Banged on the window to wake up employee and he said that they are closed. The sign on the window said the dinning room would be open at 11 am on 3/8 and 3/9 and I was trying to go in the dinning room at 1. Everyone inside was just standing around.

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat and received the burger in the photo. The manager would not refund my meal. Will never return.Also most employees seen had on no masks at the drive thru window.

My family and I thought we could stop here and pick up something to eat. Biggest mistake ever! The food was cold and thrown together, the teenage girl at the drive thru taking our order was rude and very condescending when we were ordering, and to top it off wait times were incredibly long (even though we received cold food). I’ll just stick to Jasper if I really need DQ that bad. If I could give 0 stars for service I would.

Everytime I come here, the customer service is very poor. They see you standing there, n when they greet u, uts like they don't even wanna take your order, the store manager acts like she has no care. Let's employees do lack of a job. Needs to make a major upgrade to the whole staff. Me being a manager myself. The service they has always been so very bad

Maybe 10 young teens working, standing around doing nothing. Drive thru line was terribly long, so I went in to get my kiddo's kids meal. Waited 5 mins witnessing the laziest employee behavior ever before I asked if anyone was working & could take my order. A girl apologized to me and immediately took my order after I so rudely interrupted her convo with one of her coworkers. They then handed me the cone. I asked if my food was done. When they said no, I asked if I could get it remade when my food was ready as it was not for me & I didn't want it all melted. There were 2 sundaes on the front counter melting literally all over the place. Hoping they didn't expect to serve them. There were no adults in sight as far as management was concerned. The remade cone was the most pathetic DQ cone I have ever seen. My 1st job was at DQ at 16 & this type of behavior, customer service & quality never would have been tolerated. I am all for positive reviews, but there was no positive in this experience.

Love the fish sandwich with lettuce, tomatoe and cheese. Breakfast platter You get senior 10% discount reasonable priced . Friendly staff. Good location on Hwy 231 Huntingburg at stop light.Parking: Gets nearly full but still enough parking however too close to the drive thru lane.Kid-friendliness: Available seating for small children.Wheelchair accessibility: Inside tables Set up for easy access. And ramp outside.

My family went there for some ice cream. We waited 10 minutes for 3 items. The floor was very sticky from not changing the mop water, employees were on there phones, an employee was eating chicken tenders in the kitchen, and a man was waiting to see if the food on the counter was his and he stood there for 5 minutes before anyone came and said yes. I do not want to get anyone in trouble but it should not be happening.

Just got 2 sausage burritos and apparently they have never seen or had a burrito before. It looked like they let a one year old crumble everything together. It is supposed to be sausage "patties" and eggs and a hashbrown. Not stuff that looks like it was put in a food processor and slapped on a cold tortilla and folded over like a taco! I picked it up and EVERYTHING FELL OUT EVERYWHERE. And I got two of them. Both did that. So for breakfast I got almost $8 worth of stuff I had to pick up off the floor and I myself and couldn't eat. No stars!

i’ll start off with the good. we got the whole order and it was hot. that’s it though. the rest was terrible. it was full of high schoolers who were messing around the whole time joking and laughing. i went through the drive through with 2 cars in front of me. that’s it. the person in front of me ordered 3 blizzards. we ordered 2 combos and a blizzard and a slushy. we sat in the drive through for a total of 24 minutes behind the car that ordered the blizzards. then it was 10-15 more minutes for us to get our order. while sittin outside the window, we were getting dirty looks from two girls at the window who never spoke a word. we wouldn’t be so upset if they had just said “hey we are running a little behind. i’m sorry for the wait” but instead we saw them joking and laughing around and giving dirty looks. will never be going back and highly recommend against anyone else going there either. i’ve been through a lot of bad fast food experiences but i’ve never felt so terrible about my experience with one and never felt the need to leave a review. i hope the manager sees this and takes into account the lazy, disrespectful employees that customers interact with

there is no reason for us to have to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes when theres little to no customers and multiple employees inside. this was the WORST service ive ever had. not the mention the snotty girls inside shooting dirty looks and being rude. wowEdit: i got a god damn SUNBURN from sitting there for so long. wow

Terrible experience every single time. I only ever go back because my only other close option for DQ is jasper and its just a tiny pos location that I can't get into with my truck and they don't serve hot food...only ice cream. So that leaves Huntingburg DQ and I haven't been in and out of this location in less than 20 minutes one single time. The wait in unexplainable, how long does it take 8 high-school kids to fry a burger patty and make a small blizzard? Apparently today the answer was 28 minutes from the moment I entered the drive thru to the moment I left it. DQ corporate needs to pay the place a visit ASAP

The drive through almost never gets an order correct. I pay for extras and then get the default. Inside isn't clean. The food is the same as any other DQ.Waited 20 minutes only to get to the window to hear they didn't have what we ordered available. Could have saved us the time and more negative feelings by saying so at the beginning.

There should be a zero stars.. where to begin, first off this has to be one of the nastiest restaurants I have seen. Wet towels on the floor against the wall, the floor was a sticky mess at noon which was shortly after opening letting me know it hadn't been mopped the night before and for who knows how long. The employee came out to wipe down tables with little effort , and never pushed chairs back to the tables. Food was cold, watched them throw it in the microwave. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My blizzard was delicious. My husband said his milkshake was good.The only problem I had was the floor in the hall and restroom was slick. It appeared to be greasy not wet. I know that can happen in restaurants from mopping kitchen areas and then using the same mop and water to mop other areas.

Went to get a ice cream cake today for my husbands birthday picked out my cake went to pay an the boy didnt know what size it was it didnt say a size but it was smallest round one they had he tried to get help from teamates but wveryone was goofing off he rung it up as a mothersday cake which it was not charged me 25.99 for a 8 inch round cake which sould have only been 20.99 only realized when i got home an checked prices on line with my reciept

We have given this location so many tries to get our orders right yet every single time we pay and get our food something is missing. Nobody wants to get home and have to find something wasn’t there. If you check at the window they will just stand there with the window shut and wait for you to get annoyed and leave. I don’t want an apology, I want them to speak to their staff about the reviews and correct the error. Have someone double check the bags before they go out maybe? Easy fix.

I asked for a hash-brown at the window to be added to my order and they did it and charged me for it but there was no hash-brown. And rhey are the only restaurant in town that closes when even a tiny but of snow falls. This place will not give you the hash browns you order i dont know how many times i go there on a Saturday and i order a hash brown with my food and i get the hash brown about 20% of the time the other 80% is me going back because they forgot it.
