Closed pharmacy gate as I was walking up there. It wasn’t even time for them to close yet. We asked if I could grab a prescription because it’d only take a minute and they said no as there were 3 employees just standing behind the gate. The prescription was already filled so they just had to grab it and charge me $2. They couldn’t do that so we had to call and drive all the way to another CVS location because they were unhelpful and jerks about it.

CALL AHEAD AND MAKE SURE YOUR PRESCRIPTION IS READY.If you are in the drive through and the tech tells you it's going to be +30 minutes, it's only human decency to go park and go inside when your prescription is ready instead of making everyone wait on you!!! Just watched 5 people pull off because someone is just sitting at the window for almost an hour.

Terrible customer service. Literally closed the gate in my daughter’s face as she walked up right at closing time. I asked if we could just pick up her prescription quickly, as she was in pain and a woman in the back said no and then proceeded to ignore us. There’s a special place in hell for people like her.

If you wish to be referred to as a 83 yo drug seeker and that your physician probably doesn’t even know you are here at CVS in Huntingburg. Also if you want your prescription thrown across the counter away from you and yelled at you might want to come here. Let’s say you asked if they used a discount card and you get screamed at because you don’t get your meds there full time then by all means come into CVS in HUNTINGBURG. When you take up for your mom and her family physician who is always on top of things almost to a fault but glad that he is and get screamed at and banned to the store and the prn pharmacists tries to ask if they can give the discount and the tech talks to her rudely saying we don’t have to give her a discount card price go here to CVS Huntingburg Indiana.I am so glad that Connie a pharmacy tech was there that day because she had a heart. She went over and got moms prescription and let us ring it up. My mom went outside as this was so upsetting to you to be referred to as a drug hopper. In addition to the tech yelling and throwing my moms meds across the counter was just too much for her.PJEASE CHECK INTO THIS MATTER CVS this is why good staff have left here !!!!!

Sam, the pharmacy manager was great! She went above and beyond, even calling my insurance company to see why a prescription showed up as already picked up- only to find out that the insurance provider's system was down! Without insurance, she found me a discount card to help bring he medicine down to a much more reasonable price!Thanks Sam!
