Closed pharmacy gate as I was walking up there. It wasn’t even time for them to close yet. We asked if I could grab a prescription because it’d only take a minute and they said no as there were 3 employees just standing behind the gate. The prescription was already filled so they just had to grab it and charge me $2. They couldn’t do that so we had to call and drive all the way to another CVS location because they were unhelpful and jerks about it.

CALL IN AND MAKE SURE YOUR PRESCRIPTION IS READY!!!!If you are in the drive through and the tech tells you it's going to be +30 minutes, it's only human decency to go park and go inside when your prescription is ready instead of making everyone wait on you!!! Just watched 5 people pull off because someone is just sitting at the window for almost an hour.

I tried calling three times within a 15 minute time frame. All three times all I heard was the click of them hanging up on me. Pitiful. CVS sucks real bad.

The ladies here are very nice and the pharmacy department but make sure you count your pills because I have been shorted before. Sometimes I will sit in the Drive-Thru or right in front of the drive-thru and count my 21 pills because I have to have three a day. Once I called them out on their mistake it hasn't happened again thankfully. At least not to me but I have heard that it has happened to other people and that is a big problem. Staff need to start paying attention and double counting and when someone comes to you with a complaint you don't blame them you fix the problem. Other than that one time I haven't had really any issues except they're a little slow sometimes but it's understandable when they only have a couple girls working in there. Overall I've been going there for quite a long time and I've had a very good experience with them.

Have over $60.00 available on rewards account. Clerk would not apply to my order because I didn't have a receipt for her to scan info from. Tried to call later to speak to management, but couldn't get past the voice who said he wanted to help me be ause whatever I said or whatever number I entered I was transfered to his COVID speech, and couldn't get out that loop. Called several times with same result. Very frustrating!

Pharmacy has some theft issues going on. Received 90 pills of a 180 pill prescription and they even showed me a picture of the 180 pills when they were filled. Someone at the pharmacy pocketed the other 90 pills and they accused me of doing it. I get accused of stealing the pills when someone there is definitely stealing. They filled the other half of the stolen prescription but should've done so without the argument. Moral is to count your pills and to always report the attempted fraud to your insurance provider.

Took grandma to pick up her prescription and after trying to explain to them that she's not on Medicaid, we find out that her prescription got put under someone else's profile!!! I can see it being a one time mistake, but this happens every month!! And her name is not common either!! Definitely switching pharmacies!!!

The CVS in Jasper totally sucks really bad I am a type 1 diabetic and I've been going in here for 15 years and all I I have had over those 15 years is headache headache headache headache- please drive to Huntingburg they are top-notch very friendly very helpful and very very prompt- I would highly recommend them in Huntingburg but I would not go to the Jasper one even if I was dying,BTW if you are on any kind of controlled substance you want to count your medication in front of them because there's been cases of missing medicine from here

The drive-thru is so slow it's almost a 30-minute way every time I come here and every time there's only two to three cars in front of me this is ridiculous
