This is the absolute best groomer in the Indiana/Michigan area! They are Amazing at what they do and the dogs they do the work on are proof at that! Nikki, Anna, and Wendy all are amazing groomers! I would highly recommend this place over any other groom shop around. The work speaks for itself. They put their passion for the animal and what they do into every groom. Everytime my dogs are done they come home looking and smelling great!

They have always done a good job but this one lady that does her grooming. She had long hair on top with natural white black and blonde highlights. I asked her not to touch that and she cut off all the natural highlights. I cried. The staff is really friendly and the others do a very good job. If you ask them not to do something they don’t all except this one lady. They are very friendly and reasonably priced.

This was my 2nd visit with my dog buddy. My first visit I was really satisfied with the cut and brushing, he was well groomed. But this 2nd visit by the time I got home I was absolutely covered in fur. When I got home I brushed him as I always do to see how well he's been brushed out, I removed lots of knots left in his fur as well as lots of loose hair. Very disappointing. I will call and let them know as I'm not sure which groomer had him today but I don't recommend whoever she was.

My husky (and I) absolutely love the staff there! We discovered them when we lived closer, but since we moved, we still make the trip (went from 20 minutes to 45 minutes). The staff is very friendly, keep you informed, and give you pointers if need be.

This is our 3rd time visiting this shop. Great place! These young ladies are awesome! We were in for a bath for our little girl, Molly! She came out beautiful! So soft and white and smelling soooo good! We're just visiting but we'll definitely be back! If you haven't taken your pup...you need to!

This is our second time visiting this shop and what an awesome place with awesome employees! Joan at the front desk was exceptionally personable when I called to make our little girl's appointment. Just speaking with her made you want to visit the shop. Then today Anna did an absolute fantastic job on grooming Molly. She looks great and although we are traveling we will be back again next time we are in the area!

I brought my puppy here for a hair cut. Paid 42 dollars. They didn’t do her nails like they said they would. They messed her hair up. The hair surrounding her face doesn’t flow down into her body at all! She did smell great though! And the bows were so cute! But they put a Bandana on her, I think they did to hide her hair they messed up. I won’t be bring my puppy back here. I just don’t know what happened..

The ladies who work here are always so helpful and kind, I was never able to get my bulldog to sit still for getting her nails trimmed. Now I take her to puppy love and they are trimmed and ready to go in 5 minutes. Highly recommend for any of your dog grooming needs

Their people are great with our dogs. When our dogs are done they have little bandanas around their neck. If they come off the dogs will bring them to us to put back on. You can tell the dogs feel special.
