I'm finding this to be a more common practice at Stracks. If you buy these "MADE FRESH IN STORE" chips. Watch the labels. I found this to be very deceptive (ON THE SAME BAG) and now I wonder how many products they do this to. I found the same thing being done at the Stracks in Lake of the Four Seasons on Chicken. I brought it to their attention and it was blamed on the "Vendors" really? You advertise it as made in the store. I know you cook a lot of food in the store, "Vendor" comes in and changes the labels? Naw...... Chips are not that big of a deal, expired Chicken can hurt someone.

I go here more out of convenience since it's right by home. The cashiers and baggers are always friendly. The prices are a bit higher compared to other grocery places. I love coffee and they don't have as big of a selection as Walmart does. Other than that it's clean and well organized.

It was an early morning visit and the store was quiet. Vendors were stocking the shelves and the produce was full. The store could have been cleaner considering it was 6am.

Excellent bakery and deli. Hot food fresh seafood and produce.always clean and fully stocked.The employees are polite helpful and they offer carryout service. Grab an in-store ad and check out the weekly specials. Stop by the bakery for free smells!!! Open 7 days a week for your late night shopping convenience.

My Mother has Shopped at this Location for over a Decade, Every Week I take My Mother here at Our Local Grocery store, She Refuses to Shop anywhere else, Spends anywhere between $300-500 per Week. She Loves to Cook, They Always have Everything She Needs, I've been bringing My Mother here for the Previous 3 year's & I Noticed that Management has Upgraded & Updated alot of Little things which is Awesome bc it Really Classes the Place up, Everyone that Works here is Awesome & Amazing. I can't Thank Everyone Who Works here Enough for All that They do.GOD BLESS. I Apologize for not being able to Provide pictures as LOL There are No Phone's Allowed as We Take Mom Grocery shopping 😅

I love this location! The manager Amber is genuinely the best, she’s an amazing woman. Not to mention, all of the employees are always so helpful and kind (shoutout to Bertha). Amber, I cannot thank you enough for your help tonight. I swear my guardian Angel sent me your way. This is and always will be my favorite grocery store. Shop here for good food, good prices and great service.

If I could rate negative I would. Lately nothing is good except the sushi. The bread the meats nothing lasts more than a day before spoiling or getting moldy. Completely horrible will be going other places and hope everyone else does too so hopefully they step up and do what’s right from now on. And this isn’t even about the numerous different EXPIRED item I find on the shelves every trip I take there.

I recently moved here and it was my first time coming to this store. I never heard of it until now although food and prices are great I also love that it was so much to offer in one location as well as getting things I never tried before 😅only issue I noticed is alot of younger girls with bad attitudes works at the registers. If you aren't happy with your job go find something that suits you. Don't mistreat people who only want to buy from the store because your day is not so good. We all have those days. Anyhow great store.

This is my fave Stracks. I like knowing the butchers, the woman always cooking my seafood to perfection around 11AM on Fridays, and the Bakery staff, too. They really know how to treat customers, and it's a pleasurable experience to go to the customer service lane if there's an issue with the availability of an item, ESPECIALLY if Vanessa B is there. She's really helpful (everyone else is, too). 😎😎😎

I don't know why I go to Stracks once in awhile. Most times I am over paying for items I can get cheaper several miles down the road. Registers open are few and the lines are slow. Today I used the self service and was told I needed to bag my two loafs of bread because of security. So a receipt in hand is not necessary as long as you put it in a bag. Don't worry you won't see me there again.

Stracks is one of the most expensive grocery stores surrounding me. It is ridiculous and only an absolute must if I go there. The signs being in the center of the aisles too or the stupidest things I've ever heard of and seen.

Awesome experience!!!! Unfortunately, I did not get the names, other than my cashier Judy M., but two women in your bakery department, two associates on the floor and the cashier were so friendly and extremely helpful. This was my first visit to your store and what a pleasant experience!!!! Also, my cashier, Judy M., asked if I was a senior citizen, which I am, and she gave me a discount and advised that this is a regular occurrence the first Wednesday of every month. I was so happy!!!! I will now continue to shop at the Hobart, IN location (#8778) for all my grocery needs. Thank you again for the experience and helpfulness. Great location!!!!!!!

Went to buy just 1 package of flowers and very busy. Asked if checkout was open in first aisle as gal was there. She told me no and you will just have to wait, rudely! Went to another checkout and asked question regarding price and was answered with a rude tone! Explained why I needed flowers and may want to be more pleasant if you're going to work with public as never know their stories either! People should try to cater to customers or you will lose them. I usually go to one on old ridge and they are always helpful and pleasant. What happened to your store?!!

The deli department is STELLAR. The girls behind the counter make every visit a joy. The rest of the store not as much. Somewhat high prices on groceries outside the deli, and in the evening NO REGISTERS open. Only the most obnoxious self-checkout I have ever used. Thumbs up to the deli girls though!

Bathroom was super clean. Store was tidy and organized. The staff members were all very polite. But their prices are too high. On the rare occasion that I am over there and need something, I am quickly reminded why I always shop elsewhere.

Good sale prices and I can always find what I need. Staff is friendly which is a huge plus. Also it seems like the shopping carts are new or just well maintained as I have yet to get one with a bumpy or broken wheel like I do at other stores.

Hopefully the pricing will finally be able go down. As I feel they have become over priced. Fuel cost are way down for shipping. That was the main reason for the huge hike in pricing so they said. Best of luck for the new former owners. Have been a shopper at your store since it opened.

I’ve been coming to this store for about 20 years and will never go again. I was there for about 30 minutes and saw so many people not wearing masks. These customers not wearing masks were in check out lanes as well, so mgmt is also exposing their own workers to this. I told the manager, who responded with a shrug and said “we’re trying to enforce it” I asked if he could make an announcement or something to ask people to wear them, and again, he shrugged. I will not go again, because it is clear that mgmt does not care about their customers health or well being.

Most people are nice but the deli manager Stephanie was horrible, nasty attitude and insulting. I bring it up to a store managers attention and they say stress is high ... so that's ok?... should I come in on my stressful days and take it out on you all ? Learn how to deal with customers
