I’m giving manager Lisa five stars because I don’t know how she deals with rude customers who after getting a refund still aren’t satisfied. You got your funky $3 and change back you want a two page apology from the manager also?

The manager there works hard.. I’m sure they get understaffed and customers rumble up the store, but they try hard to keep it nice for us.. thanks!

I will never come back to this Dollar tree ever again! I've given it a total of five separate chances- the manager Lisa is absolutely rude and in my opinion appears to be extremely racist against white people. It's either that or she's just a horrible person. My most recent visit and last visit was on July 21st at 12:26 the sales associate Margaret was absolutely wonderful.

I walked into the store at 9:48 to get one thing and the short black woman proceeded to tell me they are closed although they close at 10. She then said their system shuts down at 9:52 and when I told her I would be quick she said no because she didn’t want to wait . Very rude and she is always rude anytime I go in there

I love the Dollar Tree! I can ALWAYS find something of good quality and everything is always just ONE dollar! Of course there's a lot of kinda crummy stuff, but for the most part it's decent quality and I can get a decent amount of shopping done at the Dollar Tree. And they have just about everything you could possibly think of. Actually, I have a list of things that I will ONLY buy at the Dollar Tree because I know it's the best place to get them. Oh, by the way, the perfumes by EAD are soooooo good! Of course they're knock offs, but man, they smell good. I'll include a picture of my faves. Happy shopping!

Cashier was very nice asked a worker where something was she looks at me and she tells me then I asked her where something else was she was nasty and mean and rude and I told her that and I said to her at the cashier who is that lady she's a manager well if she's the manager I sad she's a manager she's very rude I think you need to find a different one that is a people person

I love this dollar tree manager is lazy,rude,and she make the other employees work harder then her whoever the boss is..can't care about business because he or she should have been let her go what ashame you would rather loose customers then a lazy useless manager

Can find such cute things here for kids, and a lot of crafts for them to do. Also my go to place for reading glasses! I'm always misplacing mine, and when they're only 1.25 you don't stress over losing them.😄

The cashier Joanne was very nice and pleasant. The assistant manager Lisa is the rudest person I've ever seen. I can't believe she still has a job with her attitude. You ought to hire more people like Joanne.

I was pretty impressed with how well stocked the store was. The holiday, party supplies, crafts, home section and pretty much throughout the store the shelves were packed. The selection of crafts supplies really surprised me! Ribbon with rhinestone embellishments, beautifully colored mesh ribbon, craft glass marbles with plenty of various colors and many other impressive supplies that a crafter would lose control over! Only drawback about the store is they could have tidied up the shelves a bit. The only 2 registers were open and the store was pretty packed. It was about 4:30pm. It wasn't too bad though

I have been a loyal customer here for over 15 years and until about a year ago this was the best Dollar Tree in Northwest Indiana.Unfortunately, it has now gone completely down the toilet!It is horrendously messy, dirty, understocked and most NEW employees are surly or brisk at best.It needs to have a regional manager do a check up and complete overhaul.Yes, it has gotten that bad. So bad that it would probably have to be closed for a few days to bring it back up to speed in terms of cleanliness, organization, and stock.

You mean a buck and a quarter store everything was good as always9 used to be a buck and a quarter store now they have stuff from $3 and $5 and some things you don't even know how much it is anymore but it's still about the same

Can never enter the store anymore without immediately walking out and just going to Dollar General. They get busy and seem to only have one person on staff (if there is two the other is lazy and hiding).Would recommend going to the one further down Ridge to the one entering Portage if you're that big into going to Dollar Tree. You'd sill save plenty of time.

Last couple times I went to this location it was a mess! Boxes & things that should've been in the backroom or put out for people to buy instead of in the aisles & in the way of inventory & customers just an accident waiting to happen. floor needed a good cleaning used to go here frequently now just go to the Portage location

The shelves were a bit bare since we came in right as their truck order showed up apparently. Only one register open even though there was a pretty long line.. but on the bright side the woman who rang us up was nice and friendly.

The bathrooms were both locked. So I asked to use the bathroom because my 4 year old had to go. Huge mistake! After she got done rolling her eyes at me and huffed “Come on” The worker had to unlock the door for me, opened it up for me and still thought it was okay for me to utilize it. There is poop on the floor, toilet, and god knows where else. Pee on the floor toilet and sink. And what makes me so mad is that she wanted my kid to use it. WTH She was standing outside the door as well. We obviously did not use it and immediately left the store. Also, there were boxes in every isle, complete unorganization! Shop the portage one down the road. It is so much nicer and friendlier.

It's almost a chore to just walk in the door. Boxes everywhere, huge carts with boxes everywhere. The staff are so overworked and exhausted no wonder they have horrible attitudes. Don't ask for a balloon 🎈 or the helium that goes on the balloon.....

Place was trashed. Employees were rude. And the carts were all taken up by garbage from the store. I asked an employee about a cart and she gave me an attitude " if you don't see one then there arnt any available". As I checked out the lady on the register was on her personal phone with her head phone in her ear talking poorly and unprofessionally. Didn't great me or tell me have a nice day she simply told me my total and continued with her phone conversation. Poor guy infront of me was rudely informed that unless her had change he she couldn't check him out because she had no pennies to give him. I'll be calling a district manager.

I love shopping here. This my go to store for just about everything I need in House/Cleaning/Personal Care/Some Foods I can't find in other stores. Novelty/ Kids Crafts -School-Partys/Books,Puzzles, and so much Home Decor to choose from. They Have a Great Selection of Greeting Cards, Best Holiday Decorations and Gift Idea's- Each and Every Holiday. Pets Food & toys & Other Products, Auto , Kitchen,Storage items & Idea's, I just love to go shop here when I need to Stock up, then look at my sales reciept to see how much I have saved by being smart and shopping at the Dollar Tree. Oh yes, (My Dollar Tree Store) is in Hobart, Indiana. located in the, North Ridge Shopping Plaza, it's next to the Strack & Van Til Supermarket. Right by the Intersection of Rt.6/& Rt.51 one more thing to mention-Frozen Food Section has meats, prepared meals, desserts , Eggs- cheeses-lunchmeats etc...& Loafs of Sliced Breads... Great Place...... ♡♡♡♡♡♡ VenitaEtc.....

I've always loved shopping at dollar tree. It always have nice things for a dollar or less. It's small compared to other dollar trees but you can always find what you need.

I go there allot I buy low Dose Aspirin mouth wash they both sell for allot less than your big Drugs stores! I also buy Bread Buns and snacks
