Store is great but you need to make over the pharmacy because they're attitudes suck and very short with people of color you guys need to do better!!

This CVS is always out of medicine every time I need a refill. I would not recommend this CVS 😐. And it had been times the staff have had bad attitudes 🙄. I'm switching to Walgreens . This is ridiculous 😒 at this point.

A nice place for quick pickup of items needed. My only complaint is that you can be waiting next in line at the Pharmacy counter & if it's their lunchtime they will pull down the fencing & close making you wait until they come back for lunch. This has happened to me more than once. I have learned my lesson and only go in the morning or late afternoon.

The store is great. Pharmacy is so ridiculously terrible it's an absolute joke. I was 7 cars back in the drive thru and when it's finally my turn, they say nothing and just close the gates for lunch. Wife has surgery last Friday and doctor calls ahead of time to have meds ready after her hospital release and guess what? "They fittin' to get ready for lunch in ten minutes. Come back at 2.". We come back at 2 and they then inform us they are out of stock on the pain meds ordered 2 days ago. At least some of the pharmacy workers are polite, but others...UNREAL. WE try to avoid this pharmacy like the plague!

The pharmacy is a joke! Prescription was supposed to be ready yesterday. I went there and they needed 35 minutes. I go again today and "sorry, we're still working on it. do you want to wait? it'll 8-10 min." I switched to Walgreens because CVS never got my prescriptions right. I'll be switching my boyfriend's scripts to Walgreens too. I honestly will NOT be surprised if I show up again tomorrow and they'll STILL be working on it.

Today, Dec 30th, at 1:30 I approached the pharmacy counter to pick up a prescription for my 84 year old mother who experiencing pain due to a fractured back, broken hip and shoulder. The cashier asked if I could return in a half an hour as they were going on a lunch break. I explained the situation and the compassionate pharmacist stated he would fill that prescription. I checked out at 1:32. I realized that there are still wonderful people who will go the extra mile to help those in need. Thank you.

Absolutely awful pharmacy staff during evening on the weekend.Enjoys closing the drive-thru before 6PM, and then will give you hella attitude should you have the audacity to make it inside before closing time for your medications which have already been prepaid and literally just needing to be picked up. Lol wow, fantastic 👍

Horrible pharmacy. On 2 separate occasions, they were suppose to call in a refill and never did. I had to call the doctor and got the meds in 3days.

Wish I could give no stars. I waited 40+ minutes on hold with pharmacy. No one ever answered. Picked up a Rx that I normally pay nothing for but was charged. I specifically asked if insurance was filed and the tech stated that the insurance only paid $2. Looked at the Rx and insurance was never filed! Called and was told I had to bring the Rx back for a "possible" refund.

If I could do no stars I would. They are so unprofessional. I don't understand why CVS even has a pharmacy. If you're picking up Tylenol or ibuprofen they have it. If you need medication to SAVE YOUR LIFE it's on back order for MONTHS!!! The staff is poorly trained here. They are just here for show. Important medicine they do not deal with. Like I said if your child gets a boo boo and needs Tylenol sure go to CVS... If you have surgery or anything MAJOR stay away! The unprofessional staff, wait times and just plain old not having what you need will possibly kill you. Be careful.

I have been having trouble with some prescriptions. On more than one occasion they have only given me a three day supply, making me return to the pharmacy to correct the problem. Other than that, we've had no other issues. The employees are friendly, and we are always greeted when we enter the store.

Pharmacy and online are not set up together at all . way to many phone calls and reminders and when you get there their not done or even do to be refilled. Pharmacy staff not helpful and very rude(Stephanie) not happy at all and considering moving all my script elsewhere.

Absolutely awful. Cashier gave my bag to someone else and refused to do anything about. Pharmacy is awful also, if you can even get them to answer the phone. I will never go back to that CVs.

Twice they have messed up my daughters meds. They chose not to tell me they didn't carry the meds til one week AFTER the script was sent in. Willowcreek CVS in Portage is a much more professional store.

This store is excellent at having everything you don't need. They have every kind of cheese you can think of but no cheddar. Almond milk but no 2%. Jelly but no peanut butter.

Horrible. Both Hobart locations had "computer troubles" the entire day of November 13 2017 and despite dropping off prescriptions in early morning they could not fill routine prescriptions.
