We Love this family owned company. Everybody is very professional, and caring. They are hands-down, the best at customer service.!!! They showed up when they said they would. They did the work in a very timely manner. I liked how organized they were, and they cleaned up any mess that they made.They explained things very clearly, of what they’re doing. I’m only giving 2 stars because the gentleman who came out to my house to collect the information for a quote was super nice, unfortunately that’s pretty much where all communication ended with this company. The guy came on a Thursday morning and told me I should get a quote by Monday. When Monday came and gone I gave it til the end of the week. I never heard anything. Over a period of 3 weeks I left 2 voicemails, an email and even sent a text message and this company had completely ghosted me. I was 100% going to use this company to do the fence in our backyard because they had already dealt with our HOA on a neighbors fence they did but considering I can’t get anyone in the company to even contact me I’ll most likely be going elsewhere now.Edit.Im bumping it up one star because the company finally emailed me back last night with my quote. They explained to me that they are busy and understaffed and have been focusing on their customers who have already paid. As someone who also works for a small company that’s understaffed I can understand where they are coming from but I still don’t believe it should take 3 weeks to get a quote. They should look at being more transparent with their customers at the beginning or at least set up an automatic response email or something to let customers know. Not responding to anything for 3 weeks isn’t a good business practice.
