Well the Groomer I had for Kato was great but i wasn’t really happy with his face..I brought him in for a bath and to remove the tears but the tears was still there… so I wasn’t 100% happy when I picked him up…I go to Petsmart and I pick him up and his face is completely clean, but I wanted the experience with Petco…

Becca has always been Professional and Creative. She has been grooming our first family dog since he was a newborn puppy who is now 8. We also included our new 1 year old puppy into the mix and Becca has never let us down. She always offers solutions and creative new cuts for our four legged family members. The girls were so nice. My pup is so swermy and the girls were being so careful not too hurt her. One buffed her nails and the other talked too her to calm her down. They went above and beyond. Will definitely be back. I wish I remembered there names so they can get the praise they deserve.

I made an appointment for my puppy 13 weeks to get a bath and puppy cut. I was told about rabies needed and informed them on call that her appointment was at 5:00pm. She said ok no problem during call. Although I showed the shots she had. I get there and was denied service! My pup’s veterinarian did not give her rabies shot citing she wasn’t old enough yet.There was lack of professionalism, communication, empathy and a disregard for my lost time traveling to get her there.Very disappointed and does not recommend Petco’s grooming in Highland, IN.

Groomers are extremely inexperienced. Watching them handle the dogs I couldn’t believe I had brought my dog here. Was extremely dissatisfied. I watched one of the groomers hold a dog by its front paws and carry him into the back room by his two front arms. And the dogs hanging there crying. I was shocked!!! Not to mention the girls working have zero personality and look extremely unhappy at their jobs! Customers are bothersome to them!! Seemed like a miserable place overall. PetCo needs to hire some professional experienced groomers instead of these so called young inexperienced groomers they have there. Hire some people who care about the animals!! I won’t be back

Able was great and very concern with my dogs and her skin problem. She was helpful she also told me about the 19 dollars month offer you had going. I STILL want it. MY COUSIN was murder 20 mins before I was picking up my dog. I remembered about the offer yesterday but I couldnt find it on the website. I miss out tell her thanks for telling me. I am not computer person. But if they have again i hope someone email before it goesa way. She did amazing job with my Zena skin.

The groomer was well informed on grooming for my dog... She was also well informed about diet and nutrition, and gave me a resource that would help me to get discounts on other services for my pet. I felt she cared about my dog's well being and took time to assist me in getting benefits available thru petco. She helped ease my frustration with downloading an app for discounts.. I asked the groomer to keep as much length as possible - but to make sure that he was even all over. She cut his coat completely down and left his ears and tail completely long, didn't touch them at all. The hair on his ears still felt dirty. Also, at the time of booking, I selected the $23 extra pick three option but was not given the chance to pick the custom shampoo or any of the add-ons but was still charged for the full amount. Dropped off at 10am with a quote time of 2 and a half hours for the service. I had to call at 1:30 to check on him. She stated they were very busy and that he would be done in ten minutes. He still was not finished when I arrived to pick him up 15-20 minutes later.

His nails were not cut enough I don't know if it ws because they were to long in the first place. not sure if the gland in his back part was expressed. I love this grooming salon and was satisfied for the most part.

It is very difficult to care for my dog Dunkin. Cleaning his ears, constantly checking his skin (warts) etc... grooming him. I went to Petco almost in tears! I love Dunkin but he is a high health and grooming maintenance dog. Becca and Becky at the Highland Indiana Petco need some type of raise, promotion, or something majorly positive! They are very patient and have always handled my dog as best as they could. Dunkin is 16yrs old. He deserves the best treatment that I can only give him part of. There is not enough that I can do thank these 2 awesome ladies! I really appreciate them!

I will not go to this Petco again, the wait was long and the cashier did not acknowledge me to let me know why my wait was long, I went to the cashier in the front to see why it was taking so long and they did not know. When I finally got in I mentioned to the attendant that she could have acknowledged me and let me know that it was going to be a wait, instead she took two dogs in and did their nails never once looking at me or taking a second to inform me that I would be waiting for over 20 minutes.

Becca did an exceptional job on my dog she's friendly she's prettiest she's knowledgeable I've been seeing Becca for a few years of my dog and decided to try another place that offers my dog totally done in two hours they do an okay job but it's job today Rebecca did was amazing I won't be going back to the other place I'm going to stay with Becca
