We found our Groomer!!*Update*We took our Tater Tot for her 1st Birthday (Valentines Day)... She was so excited to see Des and the team!! When we picked her up, she ran over with her pink glittery bows and she was so happy!! Im so glad we found such an awesome team to take care of our Taters needs...

Desi and her team are absolutely incredible! Our golden retriever has some skin allergies that we could not figure out for the life of us. She went out of her way to find the perfect shampoo for him so he wouldn’t break out. On top of a flawless haircut for our engagement photoshoot! 10/10 would recommend.

I am so thrilled to have found Desi and One Dog at a Time! I had three mini schnauzers at the time I found her, two of them 13 years old and a nine year old. One of my older dogs had health issues and all three became very stressed when left for four or more hours at a time with other groomers. I love that Desi offers an 8 am time slot for older and/or sick dogs. She focuses only on them and gets them out within 90 minutes. Because Desi is confident, knowledgeable and professional, bringing my dogs to her for grooming has really eased my mind, and they always look great!! Desi is also a wonderful person! I am very grateful to have found her.

Went in to get my dog groomed, the ladies weren't able to trim him thoroughly because of his size & strength, and he was not being cooperative (he's 93lbs) but they were very polite and understanding. They did as much as he would allow them to do. & They didn't even charge since they couldn't finish the service. Very nice ladies, would recommend to anyone!

Amazing work. My pomeranian had hip surgery at under a year old. Desi is very careful and understands my fears of grooming him. She is calm and collected with all the aninals I see her working on when I enter the shop. I love that she is right out in the open and will let you see exactly how she handles the animals. Her love for animals really shows !! I feel very confident in leaving my pet with her.

I'm just not happy with the way my puppy hair was cut...she looks totally different..she mention she has nothing for matted hair..I felt tension in the air..just talking to the manager. I should of went with my gut and not have her cut.. this is not the first time she's been to her and she never cut all her hair off..I'm just very disappointed. I felt very uncomfortable with the whole situation....this place doesn't deal with matted hair at all..and I combed my dog's hair frequently.
