I did the lodging and grooming for my pit bull and it was great. I was nervous at first bringing him to a new place but rest assured he did great. The staff were friendly and amazing with him and he absolutely loved it. I loved how they have the stay and play package so he was able to be active. I will continue to bring him here. Thank you

Took my two babies for a full groom and my lady girl a hair cut. They did an amazing job! My babies came out looking fresh and amazing. They even put bows on my lady girl. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They are also very sweet. They gave my babies goodies bags

The entire staff is not only professional and timely, but genuinely care about the well being and comfort of your pet. The gentleman at the front desk is great. Becca, our groomer is especially sensitive to the needs of our rescue pets as they are nervous about the service. She is very calming with them and takes time to pay attention and talk to them before she begins their service!

After being referred here we will definitely be back. This place is awesome! We love it. It’s huge with anything you’re looking for from toys to treats. It’s super clean too. The girls who work here are all so nice! I took both of my dogs here for a nail trim. They were patient with Sasha who has anxiety and she did super well with the nail trim! Roxy loved her trim too! So quick and easy! Thank you all so much! We love hydrant pet center!!

I called around everywhere looking for someone who would groom my new rescue kitty Lady, she had never been groomed before and many declined. The Hydrant accepted us and scheduled me to get in way sooner than any other place (a couple animal hospitals - which was where everyone who declined told me I’d have to go in case my cat needed to be sedated.) Mindy was my groomer and when I say this woman has a heart for animals and the knowledge and know-how to care for them - I am not just complimenting her. She explained to me about cats fur and the two types of coats most have and how shaving affects it - she also found that my rescue was infested with fleas! I was so embarrassed and she let me know that there was no judgement and it’s easy to miss them (I still can’t believe I didn’t know.) She gave my baby 3 baths and picked many fleas as well did her groom and finally, Lady had had enough and Mindy offered to have her come back in 2 weeks and basically do the finishing touches to make the groom look perfect (it honestly looks fine the way it is) which she didn’t have to do. I just want to highly recommend this place and it’s employees. Each one was so kind to me. They all seemed like such good people and you can just tell when someone loves their job ya know. I recommend this place. Thank you Mindy for being the person you are.

I brought my small puppy in. I was charged $55 and she still had dried poop on her. I also wasn’t fond of the cut she was given very short on top and long around the body.

We have been going to the Hydrant for a few years now. Sarah has been the best groomer making sure she cuts our English Cocker Spaniel the way we want her cut. And when Sarah was not available just once or twice, the groomer who took over followed the directions on our card perfectly. We have always been extremely satisfied with how our Trixie looks after her groom. Excellent and friendly groomer!! Excellent and friendly staff!!

We recently took our miniature bernedoodle here to be groomed and our dog looked nothing like what we asked for. We provided two very specific photos with descriptions for the type of cut we wanted for our dog. One was a picture of a previous haircut our dog received so we knew it was possible with his type of fur. We wanted a basic doodle cut with a rounded face and overall trim. I had completely brushed my dog and combed him the night before, like I do every night. When we picked him up he had been completely shaved. The groomer claimed he had matted fur under his armpits and around his backend. Even if that was true, which I am not sure how that would be possible, why would his entire body, including his face and half of his tail be shaved? Also, there are random patches of uncut fur and other places where they cut so close to the skin that it had razor irritation and redness. One side of the tail has been shaved while the other has been left long and straggly looking. This cut also cost $140. When I called to voice my concerns the woman who answered the phone said she needed to speak to the groomer and that they would call us back the next morning. We never heard back from them. She offered to not charge us on our next grooming appointment, however, I would never trust this place with my dog again. He has always had beautiful fluffy fur and now he looks horrible. Luckily it will grow out, but I will never recommend for anyone to take their dog here to be groomed.

Crystal has been grooming my dog for 6 yrs, she is wonderful, I trust her completely with my dog and he always looks great. Crystal is the BEST. And a big 1☆ rating to ownership for decided they needed to GOUGE loyal customers with a debit card surcharge in order to remain profitable. Also for not responding to phone calls when there are concerns.

First time customer, very pleased with the groomer and how she understood what we wanted. Reason for my 3 stars was the unpleasant attitude the cashier gave when she called and even worse when we picked up. Would go back only if she isn’t working.

I was not pleased with my service. This was the second time taking my toy poodle to The Hydrant, and the groomer that I requested did not complete his groom. I found out after I paid for the service that the groomer I requested passed him along to another groomer. I’m not sure if he is hard to work with or if there was not enough time to complete his grooming. So the groomer that I requested came to the front to get him to take him back, but when I came back to pick him up, I found out another groomer completed him. I wouldn’t have had a problem if I knew this before hand.

I have taken my Westie twice to get groomed at the Hydrant and have been pleased with the grooming she received . Not every groomer knows how to do a Westie. The facility is clean and also sells very nice pet products and treats . I like that my dog isn’t sitting there for hours waiting to get groomed . Staff were all pleasant. My new pup is not at all stressed out about going there. Parking is easy… no complaints. Highly recommend taking your fur babies there.

I take my three dog to this place regularly and have had a great experience. All staff members are friendly. Al is a great dog groomer and very professional. He's is patient and caring wth my elderly dogs which I appreciate.

Al has been my mini poodle’s groomer for several years. He does a great job and Mandy loves him. Al is dependable and very knowledgeable, listens to your wants, and offers advice. Al is very caring with his furry clients and their owners. I definitely recommend the Hydrant.
