Prices on shelf and prices at checkout are different by at least a dollar more at checkout for many things I pick up. I love the coffee at Circle K but the French Vanilla dispenser is always empty. As someone who lives right down the road, I see the traffic there and it doesn't start piling up until about 6:30AM. You'll get a car or two here and there before then, but I know for a fact that those few customers aren't draining all the creamer before I show up at 6AM.

We've been traveling for 2 weeks from Michigan to Florida and this was the most disgusting bathrooms and gas station we have encountered. The gas pump didn't work properly and was really hard to pump gas and I and I don't know, but suspect that they ripped me off because I still had a half a tank on my car but it took over 9 gallons on my crv. I would stop anywhere else if you need to get gas or use the restroom.

Negative 0..Just got refused service. The The door locked on me while I waited outside in below 30° weather, yet other Whts** were allowed inside. I wasn't aware if segregation was still allowed at Circle K at this specific location. Please train your employees to be better human beings. It is 2023, after allFeb 2. 2023 1230am

Not just gross bathrooms, absolutely disgusting. Haven’t been cleaned in weeks. Product all over and empty shelves. Why not staff it better so these things can be handled?

The cashier in Henryville, Indiana is very rude and a liar too. I understand cleaning the fountain machine but telling one customer it's down and then connecting the nozzle for the dude behind me isn't what you call good customer service. I asked her why she lied and told me the machine was down, she said it was down and completely ignored me when I asked her why she hooked the nozzle up for the other customer. All I wanted was a cup of ice. I'm not sure if she didn't realize I was in the store but it was very rude of her. She was also going to put my donuts back in the case and when I told her she can't do that, she told me not to worry about what she does. Maybe I can't but the health department sure can. Liars are just as bad as thieves.

Price on the road sign quotes one price. Price on pump is 10 cents higher. No bathrooms for public use. Need to see the cashier if you need a receipt for your gas purchase.

Are you even really trying here? Half the pumps are out of service, inside is so slow you just don't go in. How can you have this much traffic and run your business so poorly?

I was in there earlier today on my way to Indy. I was charged twice for two totally separate amounts when I used the self checkout kiosk. I have been trying to call the store for hours now and no one is answering the phone.

Great, clean store but I'm sooo tired of having to wait 5, 10, sometimes 15 minutes to checkout because Bernie is soooo slow! I understand he is elderly but I almost feel like he purposely goes as slow as he can. He has zero customer service skills or people skills & is pretty rude most of the time.

I was at your store today which I frequently stop at. I was in line to exchange a propane tank and Bernie told me he couldn't do it because he had a long line. There was a girl sitting at her desk in the back who never came out to help him. My wife was in line also to get a soda and instead of helping her he and the sitting girl who finally came out were talking about the propane guy. Rude and totally unprofessional. Will not be back and will pass on to friends.

I love this Circle K.POSITIVES: The staff is always friendly and they have polar pops for 85 cents.NEGATIVES: They're always busy so it's not as quick as I'd like.
