Always a problem with showers !!!Today, a light rain took out shower interface.I guess no one knows that you can unlock shower door with a key.But , that would some thought by management , which , by the way, there is none.I guess I shouldn't expect so much from Pilot Travel Centers , there're not really a truck stop anymore .

Nice place to stop off the highway and grab gas and a quick snack/drink. The bathrooms were clean, the staff friendly, and a large selection of drinks and snacks. There also a Cinnabon located inside the store. Reasonable gas prices.

Slowest pump speed in the area. Took about 8 minutes to pump 10 gallons into my car. At least Wendy's was fast.

They call each other on they black head set in tell each other who at the washers in seeing were u park at by riding around on the gulf cart looking they watch blacks people the most here 😐 no respect like we live in slavery again.......can't wash clothes in peace 5 people walking past u 😒

Stay Away go to other pilot across street. Bought gas at 4am on pump #3. No receipt paper in pump. No receipts inside from 4am-7am. I needed it to be reimbursed by employer. Going home to explain to my 4 year old why we won't have food on the table this week because pilot in Hebron Indiana couldn't provide a receipt but could take our money.

Awesome customer service, always feel bad for them often short staffed. They do the best with what they’ve got, and I’ve never had an issue. They even lent me tools to get back into my truck (Locked my keys inside).

I feel badly for the cashiers who work here as they do a wonderful job. My complaint is to Flying J Travel center that puts a minimum pending hold on your credit card of $151.00 for fuel charges!! We got $21.23 total fuel and I just happened to see the charge for $151.00 so I alerted my husband who promptly called his card company to report suspicious activity as the charge was listed under Pilot and we were at Flying J! The confusion was caused by the business name change that even the cashiers were not sure of and the ridiculous pending amount. I did go back in to ask the cashiers about the pending charge and the name change but by that time my husband had already canceled his card. All this could have been avoided if Flying J ( Aka… Pilot) would post a notice at their pumps explaining the different company name that will show up on your card account and post the heads-up of the ridiculous pending amount they will post to your card. We would have gone down the street to a different fuel station!

Sunshine is anything but. Filled a semi truck for hundreds of dollars and hassled for my free shower. B attitude bc she had to handle it. No respect for her elders. What we call w trash. Obviously bringing baggage to work. She would be better placed cleaning bathrooms and taking out trash.

Don't get cinnabon in the middle of the night the cashier lady will refuse to warm it up for last I heard cinnabon has a courtesy to warm up the donuts and such that you overpaid forFirst time here will definitely be my last

******DEAR TRUCKERS******DO NOT COME HERE. GO ACROSS THE STREET TO THE OTHER PILOT/FLYING J. 6PM AND THEIR SHOWERS DO NOT HAVE HOT WATER!I REPEAT!NO HOT SHOWERS!!!!!employees will also tell you to go across the street and SEE if they have hot water, and act like it's not a big deal to go over there and check (due to the fact that you might not get a parking spot by the time you realize all of this, and completely disregarding the law where you can't move the truck for 10 hours).Yes they will reimburse you for the shower credit. But still.I should have known better with the parking lot full and ALL 8-10 showers were wide open!I learned the lesson the hard way, I do not want to see another trucker go through what I just went through.Crazy how Iowa/Minnesota and other colder states can have hot water, but Indiana can't? Insane.Dear pilot owner:I just looked through the other reviews.... Pretty hilarious to see you ONLY respond to the "positive" reviews, but won't leave a single comment on any of the issues that were posted.I bet you won't respond to my review either because it isn't "positive" enough for you. Shame on you. This is completely disrespectful to us truckers who don't get the luxury to shower every day.And seriously?! 25 dollars?! For showers that can't even have luke warm water?!? You put pilot's name to shame my friend.

If I could leave zero stars I would! The employees working on 12/2/22 after 5pm need to be replaced! My husband is a truck driver. He stopped at this specific pilot (#448) and the showers were shut down! He spoke to someone who said they did not want to clean the showers that’s why they were shut down. That’s just ridiculous. These employees are fortunate enough to get to go home every night and take a hot shower. My husband along with thousands of other truck drivers do not get that same luxury of a hot shower every night. Just because you are lazy and don’t want to do your job you’re making drivers go another day without a shower! Our truck drivers depend on these truck stops for a hot shower!

I use to come to this truck stop all the time but they pushed me away with their prices. I had to shower here and unfortunately I was out of showers so had to pay it out of my pocket. It was $25. Yes, I didn't mistype. $25 for a well water shower. SMH. Never again

Lots of truck parking available. Inside of the store was clean as were the restrooms. The employees were very friendly and quite helpful. Lines were short, even at such a busy location. The Wendy's was top notch as well. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Slow gas pump, it takes maybe 2x longer to fill up gas! Gas is also very expensive here. The only reason why I didn't rate this place a one out of 5 is because the shop inside of it is decent. Overall ,I rate this place a 2 out of 5.

I didn't expect much from a gas station but this place went above and beyond my expectations. The interior is very nice and more modern. There's nice high ceilings that make it seem less cramped. They had a good selection of items and the staff were very nice. They had a great area to get coffee and other refreshments. They even had a freals. The place was also clean. I highly recommend stopping here first when you're on the highway

I have never had a need experience at this Pilot. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the restrooms are always clean and well stocked. It is easy to get in and out of the fueling islands and they is plenty of parking. I've never used the shower facilities so I cannot speak to that but given the standards at the rest of the truck stop I would expect them to be quite good.

Every time I've ever been in there, the service has always been good. The restrooms have been always attended to, although they're not always spic and span after a dozen truck drivers like me are in there. The staff is always genuinely friendly, and they work real hard to keep that location looking and operating well.

Great coffee. Seems like there is always a line no matter what Pilot I go to. Not going to ding them for being busy, but a few more people at peak times to get things moving would be cool. Generally clean and we'll stocked places.

I always give these stores high points because they are the best. Our family likes road trips and so far these are the best gas stations and convinence stores. They are easy to identify and the bathrooms are the best, they even have showers if you need one. Highly recommend them, look for them!

One of my favorite Pilots on the road. I always have a good experience here, be it the pilot staff or the fast food staff. Store is clean, bathrooms are clean but of course it's the truck drivers who destroy the bathrooms and then complain the loudest about filthy restrooms. Coffee is always fresh, the staff will chat if they aren't busy, overall a pleasant experience everytime.

Clean facility, polite staff and the showers were clean with abundant hot water. Just wish they would keep the coffee fresher and not so much emphasis on the organic stuff, but im sure ill be there again soon
