I absolutely love them. I have three dogs and two of them have pretty intense preexisting conditions. One of my dogs has a really hard time getting checked out and the vet and techs actively tried to make her more comfortable. One of my dogs actively loves going there because of all of the attention she gets when we come in.The staff remembers both me and my dogs every time we come in. They are kind and personable every time I come in. I have been able to take in all three of my large dogs in alone because they run such a smooth office.They have been great at getting me refills on medications quickly and I have never had an issue getting in for an appointment shortly after calling.I truly appreciate that the vet comes in and talks to you and doesn't just rush you out. They ask questions and give you the opportunity to ask any that you have. Other vets that I have seen have rushed through exams or just asked that I hold my difficult dog down. I have never had that problem there.I live closer to two other vets and could not imagine taking my girls anywhere but Hebron. We are incredibly lucky to have access to such a kind and knowledgeable vet!

These ladies here are truly the best! We’ve been going here for around a year now. They are so kind, attentive and gentle with the fur babies. After my little Fatness had an accident, they helped me get clean him up and ready for the hour drive home. They also practically saved our Poopdogs life by getting him off of a medicine that was doing more harm than good. He’s a completely different dog now. My mama also takes all her babies here. They are totally worth the drive. And whenever there’s an emergency, they are QUICK to get them in. AND THEY ARE OPEN LATE some days, which is a HUGE plus!!! Thank you guys for all you do to help our babies and all the other fur babies!!!

The absolute best vet. I love them. Everyone from the office staff to the vet techs to the veterinarian are the polite, kind and patient. They talk to you thoroughly about your options on how to best care for your pet. And I have never ever felt pressured into doing something.. definitely not there to just “get money out of you” like other clinics I’ve been to in this area.Truly the best in NWI 🐾

The staff here treats every pet like it’s their own. They’ve always been timely, yet never rushed. I recently moved about an hour away from Hebron Animal Hospital and had to take my dog elsewhere (mistake). Dr. Bruce and her staff are simply the best! They always make sure I know what I need to bring to the appointment and talk through any and all vaccine options.

Professional and polite staff. Superb experience all around. The vet I was fortunate enough to speak with has unfortunately recently retired, but the standards have not. Excellent people with superior knowledge. Remi and Callie love their trips to the vet. How many pet owners can make this claim? Final note, be sure to meet Stanley; the resident cat. He's awesome.

Very impressed! From the ladies at the front desk, to the vet techs, and the vet, I couldn't be happier with the service and care that my cat has received.I chose Hebron Animal Hospital because my cat hates leaving my home, and is very scared and timid when at the vet. I've been looking for a new vet for her that's closer to home, and a coworker referred me here. I'm so glad she did! They have been very caring, and my cat has already warmed up to them, and is doing much better. Hebron Animal Hospital has already had to perform a surgery for her, and they did a great job with that! Very much looking forward to continue to work with them, and I'm relieved to have found a vet that my cat is relaxed with. Thank you!

I have been bringing my personal pets here for years and also been bringing my Police Department K9 here for the past few years.The staff and doctors here are top notch and absolutely amazing!! They have gone above and beyond to take care of my partner and I can't thank them enough for everything! I highly recommend this entire veterinarian clinic!

I have never in my life been treated the way this lady the ( vet tech ) treated me.I called cause my boyfriend asked me too since he is at work. Our dog has had severe kidney issues for a while now, on medication, special food the works. Lately she has been throwing up her water and food, has lost weight, very sluggish with no energy seems dehydrated, and we have tried everything. So I called and I talked to a sweet woman named Amanda because me and my boyfriend are scared our dog is slowly passing away. She helped me with information, everything I asked she comforted me and was beyond nice and helpful. When I went to call her back to set appointment I got the vet tech which I didn’t get her name , then she told me complete opposite that I couldn’t bring the dog in unless a certain doctor was there and none of those dates are available, was very cold and rude when I said I was just told they were open. She said No I can’t she wants this specific doctor to take care of her. She barely let me speak and kept talking over me. Then got rude and said wait I have to see if you’re even on her paperwork to be talking to you ignored me and put me on hold. Then said you need to have your boyfriend call I will not talk to you. I have never been treated that way when we’re worried about our dog dying right now and you won’t let me bring her in, you want me to wait??? I would never treat someone like that, beyond disgusting behavior from a professional

I took my cat here and they stuck a needle in his head and shot him with antibiotics and charged me 430.00. My cats no better actually is worse but who am I. I talked to some other people and showed them this receipt and they said that’s crazy.

I would never bring another pet to this place. The vetinarian was really nice and friendly. The ladies at the front desk were horrible. We were short on the money due. I wanted to go to the bank with my son to get the remaining amt due. I was held there, not allowed to leave until the bill was paid. Do you know also and they won't tell you that if you show up with a sick pet without an app. They charge you an extra $200.00. Then of course refuse to show you the bill. The people at the front desk don't care about your pet. I was told to go hang out with my dead dog until my son returned with their money. In my 75 years I have never been treated like a criminal until i took my sick dog there.

We made the painful decision to put our 17 year old aussie down. I called to make an appointment. I was told it would cost $78 for the vet to exam her PLUS any DIAGNOSTIC testing the vet deemed necessary then $161 to be euthanized. She was dying, why put her (and us) thru more misery? Then she told me since my dog hadn't been seen in a couple of years she was not active in their system and they wouldnt put her down. It worked out best BC I brought her to a complete stranger who couldn't have been kinder and thru it found a new vet. We will NOT be going back to Hebron Animal Hospital.

Friendly staff and overly priced. You can tell they all love the creatures that are brought in. As you can tell by how comfortable one of my pups is there in the office area. I've been bringing our four legged family members there for years now. Dr Saez is fabulous.

This animal hospital actually cares about your animals!!! If they are sick , they will work you in and see them. That day. I called around and the hebron animal clinic which I have taken both of my dogs there , would not see them and would not work them in... this place is awesome!!!

I got there a few minutes ahead of my appointment, and they took care of my cat right away. The doc came in and looked at my cat over, we talked about the best long-term care, and that was it. Very efficient while taking the time to talk and listen.

The doctor was amazing both with our kiddos and kitten. She let the kiddos listen to the kittens heartbeat and see a video of the ear mites she had when we got her. The kids were super nervous about the kitten getting shots so the interaction with the doctor was very appreciated. Everyone at the clinic is very knowledgeable and kind.

After struggling visits with another vet we went to Hebron Animal Hospital and our visit was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful for our dog.
