Cashier was about the rudest person I have dealt with. She was not only rude to me but the other customer in the store as well. They didn’t have anything on the hot bar or rollers. Definitely a lot of potential but not a good experience.

Clean place, clean bathroom, loads of gas station food. Pretty sure they have showers for long distance travelers. A little understaffed but great vibes keeping it chill.

Staffing seemed to be an issue service was a little slow and cashiers seemed stressed. Not really friendly but not rude just kind of overwhelmed. Clean and organized.

HUGE PARKING LOT. Holes and ruts everywhere individual garbage containers full no safe paths for drivers. WEAR YOUR REFLECTION VEST!!!!! Then looked over and saw the Total Disposal Trash and spoke with a representative over at Total, Flying J removed 3 of their 4 containers that serviced them 2x a week. Nothing like a paper pushing executive at Pilot/Flying J to make that call.

Always have cool knicknacks, good drink and snack selection, gas is cheaper, bathroom is clean, and everyone is nice enough. Very rarely a wait for gas or the register. Open 24x7, even on Christmas!

Just had a shower here and the water was cold!!! I let the water run for 30 min and still no hot water!!! Horrible

Whoever runs this store needs to teach a class to all the other stores on customer satisfaction. I've been driving for 8 years, I walked in to get a shower and the first thing I heard was our system is down. Instantly upset, until the friendly person working informed me to find an open shower that was clean and go shower. I was stunned, usually systems being down is code for we don't want to work in my experience. Not only was the shower clean and hot water everyone working was friendly. Please keep up the great work it's little jestures like this that make life on the road easier for us. Thank you

I do not recommend this location especially if you need to take a shower. I called the front desk and asked for the manager because my shower was very cold and the manager refused to move me to another shower. I thought the job of a manager is to keep things running smoothly and solve problems but this manager is completely lazy and has no business being in this position. She is definitely not management material. On the other hand the guy that cleans the shower was more helpful than the manager was. He moved me to another shower where I was able to take a shower. This has been an ongoing problem and they refuse to fix it. If you look at the reviews you'll see five months ago people complain about it and nothing was done about it. I will be bringing this issue to corporate's attention.

Somewhat poorly set-up parking lot, if you use the side driveway there is no way to access the pumps without driving right through parking spaces. There was standing water around most of the pumps despite the fact that it wasn't raining, I don't believe the lot is graded properly.Inside was reasonably clean, and the pumps functioned as I would expect.

This is one of the cleanest Flying J's on the road. Has clean Hot showers. (I don't know where the other person complained about the showers nor being hot enough) maybe he is cold all the time. But they have gor showers here and clean store the coffee counter is nice and clean my company uses Pilot/Flying J and this one is one of the best I have been to.

Big parking lot to at least fit 200 trucks and it never fills up at night. Friendly staff, and hot food. However, when my fiance and i were taking a shower, it was the coldest shower we've had in awhile. Mainly with it being so cold outside....

The restroom was disgusting. I had to take gloves, a cleaning cloth, and disinfecting sanitizer off of the employees cart to clean the drop of diarrhea off of the toilet seat left by the previous patron of Flying J. I was utterly disgusted. The picture that I posted was a dirty cloth left in the shower from the previous patron as well. I wasn’t happy with my experience at all.

this is to all the upper management why are yall ripping us off so bad you charge $25 for a SHOWER that's nuts why are you so greedy. your screwing over the people that move all the goods in this country and to be honest are rates are in the tolietI have priced stuff in your store and your charging double if that's not greed I don't know what isso if you like getting ripped offgo to this place if not done stay away

Today to stopping in the take a shower I found out the cost is way too much $25 I got on to the shower it was clean but once I turned it on water was hot but the tile on the floor was so slick when the water got on it I almost fell 10 times I will never come to this facility ever again it's a death trap for a shower for $25

Nice place but it never fails. It doesn't mater if there is 14 people or 1 person taking a shower; its the home of the coldest showers on the interstate.I thought maybe it was a coincidence the first few times but nope...coldest showers I've had in 10 years driving coast to coast..I was wondering why there is never a wait to get in.I'll be waving as I pass by this place from now on or until I've herd that they've got hot water

One of the best rest areas I’ve been to. They have A TON of parking a nice Denny’s, a relaxing drivers lounge, and the showers and bathrooms were clean and well kept! We try to stop anytime we pass through!

01/12/18- 01/13/18Of all the J's I've been to, this one is by far the best. The parking lot is one of the biggest I've ever seen at a J. Our server Cody at Denny's was phenomenal! She was friendly, professional and on point. Our food was perfect and we wanted for nothing. The restrooms and store were clean and the coffee area was well stocked. The cashier at 6am was also phenomenal! She called for help and was denied...and was still able to get coffee brewing, area stocked and cleaned WHILE getting people on their way. She was really professional and kept a genuine smile on her face. Shame on those who told her to deal with it, kudos to her! We'd definitely come back here!

I got a shower yesterday around 11:00 am and My experience was terrible and kind of disgusting because in shower # 9 the sewer system from the shower only was clogged and the water was filling up all the shower area bringing up all dirty stuff around the floor it was a really really bad experience!!!! Also we need a clean up personal dedicated professional to perform their duties in a good manner why because I have seen some people just cleaning with spray bottles and mopping that's all.

Denny's is great, looks more upscale than most. Very clean, fairly new. Great service and friendly staff. A notch above many others I have stopped to eat at. The store is nice and clean as well. I have not used showers here, but can only say that I'd expect showers to follow suit.
