My first experience walking in and the place just looks dirty and disorganized. My first experience with a online Pickup order. They e-mail 30 minutes before my pickup window to tell me my order was delayed. Then they e-mail me an hour later that my order was canceled with no explanation of why. This is not how a business should be run.

It use to be a good, clean store, but in the past year it's become very dirty and disorganized. The floors are always filthy, there are the carts that block the aisles. Sometimes to the point that you can't get down the entire aisle! Too many items are not on the shelves which says someone's not ordering like they should. I've gone more than once to see two or three employees smoking outside the front door and no one rushed in when a customer went in.

Always have to wait to check out. Always unpacked stock in aisles. Huge coolers that are NEVER full. They are making huge money in our town taking advantage of no grocery store. The regional manager needs to be fired!!!!!!

As an employee of 3 months over the summer of 2020, I’d like to speak of my personal experience coming back to town and seeing how it’s changed since I left. Not to brag, but I was legitimately the hardest working employee they had while I worked there. I literally straightened every aisle in the store, removing clutter where I could. Other employees primarily congregated near the cash register... with less regulation from the higher- ups, the extra shelves in the aisles, I was able to create my own organization to them to remove the clutter. This changed around the last week I was there. Higher- ups came in and mandated content for each of these side shelves. They did this with content we barely had the stock to fill the regular shelf position with. I did not fight, but I wanted to ignore this. In this instance, corporate did not accurately stock the store, leaving holes that they could definitely have filled. I recently returned after a semester away at college and wanted to see how the store was doing... it’s like I never worked there. Aisles not stocked, floor dirty, THE ENTIRE FROZEN MEAT SECTION OF THE FREEZER WAS EMPTY AND TURNED OFF. I went to check out and neither of the cashiers even made eye contact with me. I worked with both of them and they did not even acknowledge me. I spoke to another former employee, a stocker like myself, who quit because the manager stopped scheduling him. SEAN NEEDS HELP. This isn’t just corporate or just the store itself, it’s both. DOLLAR GENERAL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS STORE

I was so mad I had to walk out. Everybody in this town knows what time dollar general closes in this town. I know I do. But I walk in at 8:50 and I'm told " honey we close at 9." #1.... I'm not your honey. #2.... there's a different way to say something to somebody without making them feel like they can't get creamer and water 10 minutes before closing. It was said in a way of aggravation because they thought I would hold them up. I left. My money was gladly accepted elsewhere.

This store recently became a dollar General market in our small town and is our only go to store. I'm very happy to have it, however the store is always a mess. They either need more staff or their staff need to work more hours. Their stock is always sitting in the eisles and not on the shelves. They are out of products from weeks to months at a time, which makes it difficult to shop there. Recently the line to check out was wrapped half way around the store with only one cashier and the manger walked by several times and didn't bother to open up the other register until a customer said something to the cashier and she finally opened up another register. I would really like to see this store in better shape and fully stocked so that we don't need to leave town to shop elsewhere. I hope that someone reads this review and get their staff the help they need and get some of the employees to start caring more about the people who shop there and the appearance of the store.

Its nice that food is sold at this location seeing as there is not a grocery store in town. It's very much appreciated and a smart move for business! The store is always clean & organized. Plus, has functionality and easy to navigate. Dollar General has a unique set of employees as well as some unique stock of items. You get your money's worth, absolutely, every time you purchase from the store. The employees and managers are most helpful, courteous, can answer any question you have, and make suggestions if you ask for them

Good place for things you forgot when shopping. Store can be cluttered but mostly clean. Few employees on duty so often waiting for clerk to check out, or waiting in line as only 1 register is usually open.

I actually work there but just wanted to make the statement that we are finishing up the remodel and it's looking great. More food and got produce, new items, and it looks a lot bigger the way they have it set up. Hope to see you there.

It's a decent store if you absolutely need something. Crowded isles. Cashier didn't say hello or thank you. Another associate flirts with my boyfriend which also holds up the line.

When our grocery store shut down Dollar General reconfigured and stocked quite a bit of essential foods. For a small store they carry a great deal of stock that often prevents a long drive for those forgotten items.

I feel like you have to read their coupons carefully due to specific limitations. Also - the Hebron location has to be one of the least friendly locations. All the DG seem that way where-as Dollar Tree always come across as cheery and warm.

We haven't had a grocery store in Hebron for quite awhile. Dollar General has expanded and is carrying more and more groceries to help out our small town. Bonus Points and Thank You Dollar General!!

It is so hard to find anything in this store. The Hebron branch is the only Dollar General that doesn't have aisle signs telling you what is in each aisle. One of the registers were broken so there was a long line. If it wasn't for the niceness of the cashier, I would have given them 1 star.

They have the basics and its convenient. Some locations have very narrow isles. This Dollar General staff seem pretty friendly.

They sell fresh vegys there . I think it is the only place that does . It is a sham that a nice little town like Hebron doesn't have a market .
