Thankful that Scotty’s was willing to work with me to finally solve a leaking fuel issue with a gas Echo string trimmer. Was an elusive issue as they took it back to try and figure out the problem even a couple days past the 30 day warranty on a tune up and repair. Met Drew out of it which was a bonus. A tech and I just figure it was a piece of dirt finally lodging itself out of the carb needle valve. Thank you Scotty’s for helping ‘bird dog’ with/for me. Very satisfied customer here.

My grandmother was a long time customer of Scotty's. She was incredibly proud of her yard and the landscaping work that Scotty's performed for over 60 years! She would also call them regularly to talk about what they had done, or items that she would like to have completed.Around a year ago the house was sold and those visits came to an end, however the calls to Scotty's did not. She still loved talking to her friends at Scotty's, even though there was no longer a lawn to maintain. Sadly, she passed away recently.At the funeral there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers sent from Scotty's. We all thought she would love that and thought it was very touching. Then 2 employees came and paid their respects to her. This was incredibly moving for all of us! We knew how much this simple gesture would mean to her.Not sure if this review will put into words how much it meant to the family. Thank you Scotty's for your years of service.

Needed a part fast and these guys came through! They didn't have the part on the shelf but managed to source it the same day - and it wasn't from another local Scag dealer (I called all of them to find this part!)Two huge thumbs up to Scotty's for getting my Tiger Cat back up and running the same day when others said it would be at least 3 days to get the part!

They got my Husqvarna zero turn running again (bad control switch) and back to me in 1 week. Picked up/dropped off free of charge was really great since I don't have a trailer.

I purchased my Scag Patriot here and that process was smooth and fair. However, I have let them price gouge me on winter service one too many times now. It was $400+ for winter service this year which is beyond ridiculous. You will get nickel and dimed and pay MSRP for all the parts/maintenance items - whether your mower needs it or not. Also was charged additional to repair a tire (which is fine) but they never let me authorize the amount. The convenience of the winter service is not longer worth the price.

They may do good work, I don't, but the customer service is terrible. They have had my mower for 4 months and say it will be another 3 months until it is done. They say it is supply chain related but at no point during the multiple delays has anyone called me to update me. Every update has been me calling (about every 3-4 weeks) to ask what is happening and each time getting a different answer. I was even told I could rent a mower from them for a discounted rate since they had my mower. I filled out the form on the site and no one called me for that either. I guess they don't want money. There are plenty of other places to go. Try somewhere else first.

Went there to buy a new chain. Old big set dude came out to help and lost a customer due to his friendliness. Need to work on customer service at the parts department. Literally on my way to rural king now 😂

Thank you Scotty's for keeping my son Finn up and mowing! He has a busy yard business and truly couldn't do it without Scotty's help -getting parts and providing top notch repair services.From Finn-I recently had my Scag Freedomz mower break down and Scottys provided me with everything that I've needed for the repair. I also decided to upgrade my mower to a V-Ride 2 from Scotty's and it is a great machine. They get my parts quick and get me back to my customers! The guys are super helpful.

Does not stand by their work. Poor (or should I say, snarky) customer service and they only guarantee work for 30 days. Spent $650 to fix an issue last year 2020 and same issue going on again this year 2021. They say they can do nothing about it. Drew (the service guy) was not very apologetic either. Seemed to not care about my issue.

I purchased a "lightly used" Billygoat Overseeder off ebay, and it was not as stated but rather a retired rental. I need an estimate of repairs needed and proof of condition. I found Scotty's was a dealer and service center for Billygoat and took the Overseeder in for assessment. They began work instead of providing an estimate as asked and work done was a basic tune-up. I'm now out $120 in gas $170 for work done. The Overseeder still doesn't drop seed but works fine in their opinion. The Seller, based on their assessment, has no obligation to cover repairs. They made a bad deal worse with their incompetence. I would not recommend or go back!

Excellent place to have my zero turn serviced! They used to pick up my dad's Scag (until my dad passed away) and then come and get my Toro. They did excellent work! They were cleaned up, ran like new and the blades were sharp. I've been using my Toro for about 8 yrs. now, with no problems. I wouldn't have anyone else but Scotty's service my mower.

Had a wonderful experience. Went in to look at mowers for sale and found one that worked perfect for us. Had a lot of help and got all of our questions answered. We are very pleased and are looking forward to continuing using Scotty's for years to come. Highly recommend if you are in the market for anything lawn care come check Scotty's out.

I have bought 2 Scags mowers from Scottys. I have had an oil leak for 2 years. I just had it serviced and still had the oil leak. They took it in again and said it was fixed but in fact it was worse than before. This went on for 2 weeks. I even expressed what I thought it was. I took it to mower repair shop and it was diagnosed and repaired in 1 day and it was leaking from where I thought it was. I have always had Scottys do my annual srevice, but I am really not sure I will do it again. I really don't think the service writer was even listening to me.

Love my new Toro with the my ride seat! Having multiple sclerosis when I would mow with the old lawn mower I could hardly move the next 2 days! But mowing with my new Toro with the MY RIDE SEAT , I'm good I CAN MOVE the next day and I can also get off of it by myself!
