I recently took Perfect Climate up on their offer to clean out my hot water heater. This is something I dread doing and takes so much time myself. I was so happy after I received this service. They were able to empty quickly and flush and check the elements , all in good time, and this is such peace of mind for me. I highly recommend them. They also put in my furnace and AC and service that twice a year as part of my maintenance package with them. Again they are great to work with and always friendly and caring, and reachable when you need them! Thank you Perfect Climate

Garrett Martin came out to service our furnace, He kept in touch to let me know what time he was coming out, He was prompt.Very nice and professional. Garrett explained in detailed what the issue was. Garrett replaced what was needed, wasn’t much. He also stayed to make sure after several cycles that the furnace was in top working order.I was happy with the service.

We had some repairs on ductwork in our crawl space that needed to be taken care of. Garrett Martin took care of us an did an excellent job! He was also the same one who came out for the initial inspection and gave us our quote. He was very timely with his work and took care of everything he originally explained would be fixed without any issues. He even hauled of the old duct work for us. We appreciate his work and have been very pleased with Perfect Climate since they have been providing us service since last summer. Keep up the good work Garrett!
