Enjoyed shopping here. People are so nice. The store is clean and organized and well lite. But the best part is the people after shopping here only a few they ask about family and health and some people remember your name. Now after more than three years we're all friends.

The young blonde cashier (Aubrey) was very weird, kept telling me I didn't need to rush (i was just standing there). Whoever was bagging our stuff walked away without finishing. Then when I handed her the money, she said that ones are usually counterfeit. What is going on?? Plus the prices were insane, I'll go anywhere else.

Needler's is a nice market with a lot of variety . I wish they had more produce and an assortment of grainy fresh baked breads , along with Italian and French bread .

Do NOT buy ANY dairy products here.Haven't bought cheese from this store in months because every time I do, the cheese is moldy already when I open the package. The coolers are not cold enough to store dairy, and my fiancee and I have bought numerous spoiled gallons of milk and cheeses from this store.I didn't have other options yesterday so I ended up buying a pack of cheese from this store, hoping that the situation was fixed by now. I opened the new bag of cheese to find green mold growing inside. This is an ENRAGING discovery to make while grabbing the new pack of cheese to top off your homemade pizza that you've just assembled and are preparing to shove in the oven.I'm absolutely furious over the amount of money we've wasted on spoiled dairy products from this store.To the owner:FIX YOUR COOLERS. You shouldn't even be allowed to sell dairy until this is fixed. Shame on you for not fixing the problem and allowing customers to buy ruined dairy for MONTHS on end.

If the rating was solely based on how the staff treats people, I would give this place a 5. Wonderful people work here.Coming from a bigger town, we were shocked at the food prices here. This is definitely a bit of an expensive place to shop.Out of the several trips I have made, I have only seen fresh beef cuts here twice.

A great grocery store that has a wide variety. Everything from canned goods to produce and frozen items, a deli, office and homes supplies, and all at reasonable prices. Needlers has kept up the look inside that Marsh had when it was still there, which is perfect because dramatic change is not necessary by any means to an already perfect setup. The location is perfect for locals and definitely will catch a tourists eye passing through. Always like shopping here whenever I can. I always encourage anyone who is looking for a great stop and shop grocery store.... Needlers is top on my list of suggestions.

Always a great experience with staff in help finding or getting things down from to high areas.UPDATEWas able to speak with owners and get a set of teachers at the Customer service desk.. Making it easier for wheelchair users to feel a little more independent on getting 5hings themselves when staff isn't available to help.

We're new to the area, so my first time there. Nice friendly staff, and store was clean. Their prices seemed a bit higher, although they had many items on sale. I am more than happy to pay a little more to not have to deal with the chaos of our nearby Wal-Mart and Meijers.Although they only had two lanes open on a Saturday, they did offer to take my groceries out for me. I appreciated that. Sick of all these big stores that have no customer service. I'll go back.

Great sale prices and hard to find items are there a lot of the time!! Friendly service! With lots of already prepared meal items dinner is a breeze on long days at the office!! Love that I can pay my bills there as well and they have Western Union!! One stop shop!! Only place in town with tropical fish food, for those of you with tanks!!

They came in my town bought the old marshes in Troy Ohio kept it a grocery store for a few months and just kept the state store that was in the marshes and just did liquor they don't care about our community all they care about is how much liquor they can sell there's nothing wrong with having a drink but you need groceries to feed your family and it was nice having a grocery store on this end of town.

This store reminds me of a save a lot, or a Marsh's. Very wide selection of groceries, If I remember correctly they don't have much when it comes to your big name brands, however I have no complaints on their products/merchandise.

Went in and was going to purchase pop that was on sale with sign all over however the sale actually didn't begin until the following day. The would not honor what it said on the tag in front of all the coke product and it only had the ending dste..very fisadissatis! Lucky they got 1 star

It's annoying that the prices of food are getting so ridiculous they have good fresh food and decent meats but don't expect not to spend an arm and a leg when you go there

This store is outrageously overpriced and isn't nearly as clean as one would expect a grocery store to be. The produce is often spoiled and it's common to find outdated items on shelves. This used to be a very nice grocery store, prices were always inflated but it was well stocked, clean and kept up. Since it has been taken over by Needler's it has steadily gone down hill and even has an odor. There is another grocery store in town that specializes in generic brands with limited and unreliable product availability. Needler's is the only grocery store in town that offers a typical selection of brand name products, deli foods and specialty ingredients. It will be a great loss to the community when they close but with the way they are currently operating it appears inevitable.
