Katie is amazing with our elderly dog, Eli. She is patient with him and gives him breaks if needed. I read a review from someone that said she refused to groom a service dog, I simply do not believe this. I do believe this man also is trying to sue a restaurant for not letting him take his dog in. Katie has stated multiple times she is not accepting any new dogs to be groomed and also the best way to reach her is through text or message. Keep up the great work, Katie!

Peanut is an older gentleman but he in not too crazy about having his face dried and Katie is very patient with him and he is very appreciative. Thank you Katie he always looks and smells so good even though he may not show you he really does like to look good.
