I love Dr. Decker! The staff here are pretty flexible as well. They understand when you're scared about your pet's health. The prices aren't bad for the service, either! All of the techs are friendly and helpful on the phone.

I've taken my pets (dogs) to HAC since 1995. The doctors are knowledgeable and take their time during visits to ensure kind and caring service. They listen to questions, provide feedback and educate as needed. The staff are both friendly and accommodating as much as possible.

HCAC is really caring. The doctor took the time to call me and explain the injuries to my cat who was hit by a car. He was very caring and, in the end, was very sympathetic when he couldn't be saved. And the prices were reasonable, too. I recommend HCAC for all of your pets needs and don't forget to spay and neuter your pets. Thanks Bob Barker.

I've taken my cats to multiple different vet offices and I'll never go anywhere but here ever again. The staff is pleasant, the doctors are thorough, and you can tell they really care about your pets well being. Not to mention their pricing is incredibly fair, I was shocked at how low my bill was for my new kittens exam, vaccines, and meds, my kitties are happy and healthy thanks to this place and the amazing staff!

I 100 percent recommend I have a mastiff and he can be aggressive they did amazing with him all staff is very friendly price is decent and his Surgery was a success thank you for taking such good care of my boy and for being so understanding

Good with all my babies! (My 2 legged and 4 legged) Things done in timely manner. Waiting area was clean and accommodating to all animal types and their owners. True concern for my pet's health, safety and happiness. Was EXTREMELY impressed on how they took the time to explain every detail to my young child; answered any and all questions he had for them and in terms a six year old first time pet owner could understand! Very, Very happy with them overall!

I absolutely LOVE this Vet and staff!!! They treated my blonde lab and cared for him as if he were their own dog, Boomer had a broken leg and the vet at the Carmel emergency clinic did a horrible job with him. We brought him to Hartford and they were awesome with him. He lost his leg but the care he received was the best. They treated him like family. I love the staff and their compassion they all have!! Thank you to ALL of them

Not through. Felt rushed and didn't want to answer questions over 100 dollar visit and my aunt had to practically beg to get vet Dr. Dustin Decker to trim her pouches nails. Not worth the money.

Never took a pet to the clinic before as it was my first time on my own and owning my own pet. I didn't know you had to have money up front for the visit. The vet who is a female, pulled me into a room and proceeded to humiliate me and was extremely rude. She asked me "what did you expect? This isn't a grocery store."I never again will allow them to service my future pets. The treatment I received was disgusting and completely uncalled for. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could.
