I’m so glad Gillman’s Hardware & Lumber came to Blackford county, they offer about everything possible. Our community really needs them, including all the products they rent. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, I just say enough good things about them. Thanks Gillman’s!

will not come back here. They had 3 or 4 people working. I was literally the only one in the store looking & I needed construction sand. The girl at the register asked one boy and he said that would be a Dwight question so she called him up there and he was too busy worrying about if people were answering the phone properly to find out what I needed. Then he decides it’s outside in a tube that was fairly heavy. even though I said I just been over there and I did not know if that was correct or not. No one offered to go look with me help me carry it, nothing. so I didn’t buy anything. . I won’t be back this was my first experience in the store, and it will definitely be my last . As I left in my car, I saw all of them standing in there talking. Very disappointed. They had to call this Dwight up because no one else knew what kind of sand is construction sand and he was more worried about figuring out how to answer that phone. I stood there for five minutes before he even listen to the question.

First time I have been there. Very nice store. Clean, well stocked. Have Nice selection of Milwaukee tools. They even had a toy Stihl chainsaw that I bought for my grandson. Friendly people.

Stopped in the new Gillman Home Center today for the first time. We were looking for a battery pack circular saw. There was a circular saw in their advertisement but it was electrical, not battery pack. The store was very well layed out and clean. As we roamed the store, several employees offered us assistance.

Store is great, friendly employees. But there is no way to look up anything on the website. There should be a search bar to see if you carry certain items.
