I’ve generally had good service here, but when a store says they’re open until 10, I expect them to close at 10! ... not 9:55. I just needed to get water on the way home, but the doors were locked and staff was standing inside chatting. I wasn’t impressed.Update: I’m not sure if management of this store has changed recently, or what the problem is... I went in for jugs of water this morning, but there were none on the shelf. A truck had clearly come in the day before and things were still being put on the shelves. I asked if there was any, and the guy walks to the shelf and says “nope... but we got a truck so check back in a couple days. “WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER.Clearly, customers aren’t the priority here! Btw, I was one of three customers in the store... but he was obviously “too busy” to walk to the back.Best advice: Go 1/2 mile down the road to the next DG.

Much cleaner since remodel. Harder to find needed items efficiently. Slow to open additional registers when customers are lined up. Wait time for checkout frequently exceeds shopping time.

This is by far the worst Dollar General store I have shopped in. Very dirty. Stock just sits in the aisle's for days. Was there 5 days ago to grab cat litter non on shelf can clearly see what litter I wanted in a stack of new stock on the floor ask guy to get me a bag he says if its not in rhe shelf chek back in few days. Customer service is so rude. This store needs new management and cashiers. I clearly see a law suit in the near future with all the stock that just sits in the aisles for days. I will give my business to walmart from now on after tonites experiance with the management. Not saying all managers are bad but this manager clearly does not care about his customers.

Recently renovated and upgraded... Except for the old, nasty, broken tile floors. Has 3 registers but only one ever in use. If you go here expect a long wait at checkout; after you squeeze the dog toy for service.

South store in Hartford City. The place was a HUGE mess. VERY hard to get through the isles, didn't have items needed, and super long line due to having only one cashier. The people were friendly, which was a plus. --- It'd be a great place to put in a real store.

This store is neat and clean. The cashier and male key holder/ manager are very helpful and friendly to customers. I hope to see this store succeed in my neighborhood.

Much rather had A Dollar Tree instead of a 2nd dollar general ~ tonight, They employed 2 people for single solitary Customer.People on YouTube have Awesome Dollar Tree Haul Videos and my Daddy always believed in shopping local and supporting the community, but people on a certain budget just need more options

Looked like a junk store. Lady that was working said that was due to getting sh
