Just moved to the area, and this is the only CVS within a 45-minute drive. I know they're swamped, but the pharmacy staff is not friendly. Other store personnel are very friendly and helpful. Clean and well maintained store, too!

My boyfriend was released from the hospital with 3 prescriptions that he HAD to have in order to recover from a serious medical issue. As he has only recently started a new job, he doesn't have medical insurance at this time. The wonderful people in the pharmacy were able to find discounts to use for him so that he was able to afford all of his medications. They went above and beyond what we would ever have expected.

Just went in to pick up prescriptions. I was standing at the counter at 1:27 while one employee was helping out the drive-thru, the pharmacist was getting prescriptions ready, and the rest were standing in the back corner chatting. They waited till 1:29 to come up and tell me that they just closed for lunch from 1:30 to 2:00. However the employees working in the front where the complete opposite they were very helpful and friendly

I'm in town for work and needed some Mucinex.After waiting 5 minutes for one of the 4 employees to even acknowledge me she scanned my ID and then said "it says my system is down and I can't sell any". Such a lie, I felt the racism!!

It is one thing to be out of a prescription... it is a little more frustrating when you go to pick up the prescription when they say it will be in and they still don't have it. It is even more frustrating when you get to the next CVS where you were told your prescription was sent because it is in stock there only to find out after getting there that it in fact is not there because the pharcist sent it to a completely different..... So here we are on our way to the 3rd CVS. What a complete joke! How can you actually be this bad at your job?

I had the worst experience at CVS pharmacy Hartford City. The staff charged an incorrect amount of several hundred dollars for a prescription and did not tell us the correct amount, just took our card and charged it.Later we realized the over 400 dollar error and brought it to pharmacist’s attention. She refused to correct their error. This is dishonest, deceptive , and unethical.
