Shelves are always empty, place is always a mess. I live very close and will drive across town to the new dollar store for that very reason. It's absolutely terrible. Best thing about the place is the young man that is continually working in there. I go there to buy pop and cigarettes everything else I got across town. To bad they can't get someone in there to clean and straighten that place out. I'm sure it has lost many good employees and money due to poor management and upkeep.

Always out of items ,shelves are bare a lot due to lack of help an unrealistic hours to achieve restocking of products . If Corporate Heads would allot more working hours and allow employees to stock shelves after nightly close, then the stores would always be well stocked with product, have happy customer's and larger profits. Employees can't stock effectively with customers shopping ,not to mention the inconvenience it places on the customers not being able to get thru isles due to employees putting products on shelves.

This store was a hot mess. OMG. Went with a friend who works at the Lexington DG and even she agreed it was a wreck. Shelves looked bare (where Lexington DG had full stock!). I have heard from various people close to me who have shopped here that the shelves are almost never stocked and that they have a hard time keeping people. If they truly have a hard time keeping people then corporate management needs to figure out why the turnover is so damn high!

Rudest cashier ever, I didn't get a name but hateful and about 300 pounds... was nasty to the people checking out in front of us, got upset when she told my elderly mother to go use the self checkout and my mother told her she'd rather not because she doesn't know how... I'm curious what she's getting paid for because it sure as hell isn't to check out customers, she made that very clear!!

slot. Afordable place to shop . I tried to get a job there but couldn't find there app to apply. The manager helped me find it . They said there was an info packet sent to my e mail but I never got it then they said I had to due tax info but I had no computer. I don't they recommended the library. Well I'm not putting my information like that on a public device.

This was a very infuriating experience. we went to buy some groceries and my boyfriend was trying to buy a lighter at the time too. They wouldn’t sell him the lighter because he isn't 21. She said “that is the law”. No it is not the law. the is you cant buy nicotine products if you aren’t 21 not LIGHTERS. You could use a lighter for multiple things not just to light a cigarette. They said it is considered “Tobacco”. Its definitely not. Then we drove to the dollar store about 5 miles away and he bought a lighter just like the one before. They wanted to be very rude about it as well. So don’t try and buy a lighter if you aren’t 21 at this dollar general!

This place is leaves a lot to be desired. It's not staffed for the needs of the business. Due to the lack of staffing, the shelves are empty. Seasonal resets do not get done during the season. It's convenient due to it's hours and location, but it's such a pain to attempt to go there.

They need more help so they can keep shelves stocked. It's busier than the other two in Madison because it is closer for people from around Hanover to go to. They do not staff it accordingly.

This store has had it's up and downs but in all they try as in the worker's. They go thru alot of new employees so each one is different but I think it all you run across a few good ones. The store's working on looking better and it is.

Can someone say cleanup on isle oh whatever... Very unorganized. Had a hard time finding what I needed. Spent more time searching for items than I felt was worth it.

They used to be a good store now nothing seems to be getting stocked the shelves are almost bare..and the lines are ridiculously long bc they only have one person on register..the people working there now don't seem to know what they are doing either

Many things out of stock most people going to go somewhere else. Tired of everything always out of stock. This store could double its buisnes by restocking. If you have to pay people more, it will pay off in the long term more customers. In a nutshell, get your heads out of your asses corporate!

Besides the shelves not being stocked it's a clean environment. Restrooms available . Sales on clothing and cashier was very helpful as well.

This might be the best dollar general in the area. It had everything I was looking for and then some. Friendly staff and the customers were friendly too. It was very easy to get in and out of.

Good Store to shop for anything you would like or need. I like this store specifically because they have a row where everything is $1 which is pretty unique because not many stores have that.

Appears under staffed isles are hard to navigate due to boxes blocking them. The shelves are not kept stocked. Although very friendly, what staff is there, can't seem to be able to simple questions about product location

This isn't my favorite Dollar store in town, but it is the most convenient. Has a high turnover rate for employees and store isn't the cleanest, but staff is always friendly!

The shelves are always empty. I waited over 3 weeks for them to put powdered coffee creamer on the shelf. When I asked the manager what was going on, I was told they couldn't keep help? If that's the case, then corporate needs to find out WHY!

Stores are pretty messy...seems like they can not keep workers. Check out was smooth so no worries there.
